I ordered thru the drive thru. Waited almost ten minutes. Just 1 car ahead of me. Watched them prep my meal and box it. Then watched the box move from prep table to the driver then back to prep table. It was reopened and sat there. The unkind girl at the drive thru acted a little disturbed that the line cook didn’t hand me my food. I mean that’s your job. So she went back and looked thru the boxes and took something out and packaged it and handed it to me. I asked if the fries were in the box. I got the look like why would you ask me that. I checked and my three piece turned into a two piece. Had to go inside. I am bored writing this but. I got my soggy wing and the rest was soggy also. No condiments were offered and no hand wipe. The grease stains were dark brown which tells me they are not changing the grease. Not recommended. Sad that min wage is increasing.

Horriblee service the workers act like their working for free and their so disrespectful i went through the drive through and they told
Me to park out front it took 30!!! 30 minutesss for them to give me my food. Not the first time either.just go to the burger king down the street

Went to this location around 11:40 AM on 11/10/2025, service was great! The young lady working the front helped me with making adjustments to my order.

They missed a food item that I had ordered and paid for! Not only that they put ground beef in my Veggie Bowl! No response to, or acknowledgement of, the complaint I lodged online!

This was truly an awful location. The people at the counter were very extremely hard to understand. Once I ordered they could not figure out what I ordered. I ordered 4 chilli cheese burritos. At one point the two women that worked there started yelling and cursing at each other. While waiting for my food a homeless man entered the store and started cleaning tables. He seamed like he was high based off of his body language. I was then asked after about 10 minutes of waiting what I ordered. Approximately 5 minutes later they called my order and when I sat down to eat, what they gave me was not what I ordered and was completely inedible. Talking to the Uber Eats driver he said every time he picks up from there the order is screwed up. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

Every time I go to this location I wait a minimum of ten minutes for my food, or my order is messed up with missing items or items not the way I ordered them. However, my most recent visit was the last time I will ever go to this place. After placing my order, I waited 10 minutes before even getting to the window because they messed up the order in front of me (we were the only two in the drive thru. When I finally got to the window, they had no idea what I ordered. Once they got that straight and I paid they told me to pull around to the front and wait for my food (now 15 minutes since I placed my order). Five minutes later, the employee came out and told me that I had to go back through to pay because their system messed up (I already had the receipt)…at this point I left, still with n no food. Of course when I checked my account today, I was charged, no big surprise there. I have attempted to call the store multiple times and, surprise, they don’t answer the phone. If I could have given this review a zero, I would have. DO BETTER!

Update: after avoiding this place for a couple of months I decided to give it another chance. MISTAKE! My Mexican pizza was halfway out of the box and so soggy it was not edible. The only thing they got right was leaving the tomatoes off. This was at 2pm, empty drive-thru and I still got pulled into a parking space to wait another 5 minutes for my soggy inedible Mexican pizza.

horrendous. Had a CHILD cleaning tables and taking out trash while her mom (the cashier) yelled at her. Employees smoking outside. Doors were locked behind us. Employees yelling at eachother.
Finally got our food after waiting for 10 minutes and it was completely incorrect, the rice was undercooked, and it tased off. All 6 menu items were incorrect or tasted wrong. Was going to ask for a refund but didn't get a receipt, wasn't even offered one.

Went thru drive thru placed order,instructed to pull behind truck, 3 other vehicles waiting on food to come out. Everyone food brought out at the same time by a worker that seemed to be overwhelmed. Food was ok. Appears that more help is nended.

Drive through doesn't seem to work. At least they stated they didn't hear the alarm when I pulled up. I waited and waited to give my order until I couldn't see the car ahead of me around the corner. I figured the speaker is broken, so I pull ahead. They say I have to pull all the way around to the back of the line.

Drive through attendant basically walked away when I told him I never got a chance to order at the speaker and yelled for the manager stating, take care of this guy, I don't have time for this.

So I wait for the manager to come back and give some excuse that they can't answer the speaker if it doesn't chime. That's fine, but you want me to wait even longer now? Then they don't even have the food prepped, so I would have to wait even longer still.

Ridiculous.

Everytime i go to taco bell the drive through is closed and the people have nasty attitudes and claim they are short staffed and only have 2 people working. Wish i could leave half a star. They need to hire more people and learn to have nicer attitudes

came there in with my daughter yesterday, we wasn't greeted stood there while 2 other people came in complained orders are wrong and overcharged. Even witnessed the careless customer service, on the phone looked dead at us kept walking. Manager yelling shouting at the workers and even shut off taco bell orders, no communication between 2 women that are managers and co workers or respect. we end up leaving how uncomfortable the atmosphere found another kfc on belt blvd

Took over 20 minutes to get our 3 items. And then they messed up the order when they gave it to us. This is a terrible Taco Bell. Don’t go to this one. Had to physically go in to retrieve my drive through order. Literally terrible.
