This is a KFC / Taco Bell. When I went in and placed my order the restaurant was dirty and there were napkins all over the floor. After ordering a pot pie I'm paying for it I was informed about 10 minutes later that they didn't have any ready and it would be another 18 minutes unless I wanted a chicken sandwich instead. When I got home the order was missing french fries and a biscuit.

Closes dining room way earlier than posted hours, drive thru service is so slow that you have to wait half an hour for an order (extremely inconvenient for Door Dash drivers), customer service is not helpful. Please god someone fix this place.

Took almost 45 minutes for waiting for chicken in the store..ridiculous
Completely messed up my order it's so nasty and to hard to bite the chicken carnitas crunch wrap when 8 wanted the soft taco then completely left out my pintos and cheese so shorted my meal on top of the nastiest meal I've had in a long time and all I was wanting was taco bell so bad now I just want a doctor and my money back so I recommend you think more than once about even thinking about the Taco Bell on JD connected with KFC they suck food sucks staff sucks

Staff is always lazy and shutting down half the restaurant way before posted hours. This is an issue that has been going in for a long time here. Place is always disgusting and staff is generally speaking the most incompetent group of people I have ever seen in my life. Would not care if there was another taco bell close by, but this is about it. Hope the ownership of this place sees this post and actually tries to order something from here sometime.
Just awful wasted over 20 bucks. Threw it away.
