Great Vibe, Service was awesome, and the food was Delicious. I had the Spicy Miso Ramen and my wife had the Tonkotsu they were both great, and the Mochi ice cream was good. Will definitely be back.

So for my very first time, I got the chicken noodle. Thinking I was getting one thing and then it wasn’t I was confused. My step daughter takes me and her dad in there!!! HOLY COW!! Highly recommend the classic ramen with chili oil on side. You can control the heat!

I was really disappointed with the food quality. I ordered the Takara Appetizer, and the imitation crab meat was still wrapped in plastic. I'm so shocked the kitchen workers did not notice the plastic, especially since each piece was cut in half. Here's a photo of the plastic pieces I pulled off of the crab meat. It makes me question how carefully they prepare their food. Definitely not the experience I was expecting.

How did I fail to take any photos? I was so hungry and the ramen noodles were soooo perfect. My business travels take me to Japan, Korea, and China. I’m spoiled when it comes to noodles. I have finally found a place to enjoy ramen dishes in Richmond. Fantastic!!!

The food been lacking lately (on the day when i went to eat at least) I've been eating here for a couple of years now, loved it. But this time the ramen broth isn't as rich or creamy as it was back then. I felt watered down. The appetizers were very good! Especially the chicken wings. I hope next time will be better!

It was delicious. We were specifically looking for tonkotsu ramen and this hit the spot. I’ve traveled through Japan and this was honestly pretty close taste wise. We find that usually tonkotsu ramen in the US is way too salty but this one was perfect. Will be my go to ramen place in Richmond.
