“El Chido”:
I sent my son to pick up a torta and a chicken huarache from El Chido, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The torta came with old and mixed ingredients, and the avocado was black, dirty, and clearly spoiled. The same happened with the huarache — the avocado was in terrible condition, and the ingredients didn’t seem fresh at all.
This is not what we expected from a place that claims to serve quality food. I hope management takes this seriously and improves the quality and cleanliness of their products.

I went to this restaurant just to try it, but I never thought it was super expensive to eat there. I ordered one taco, which was $4.00, and one regular Coke, which was $ 4.00 when Wawa had the same Coke for 1.89; the price in this place is ridiculous; the other Mexican restaurants in Midlothian sell the tacos for 2 dollars, and they sell the order of taco for 8 dollars, definitely not recommended the price is super high

We go there to get a chicharron preparado and they give it to us burnt so we go inside and they lady rudely says “ what do you want me to do about it it’s supposed to be crunchy” no maam it’s supposed to be crunchy NOT burnt we get a new one and they purposely make us wait over 20 minutes it was not packed only for us to finally get it and it still burnt and can tell the oil they used was old by the color 🤢will not be coming back again

I mean, look at this burrito. I'm 6'7 and 260 pounds and I could barely finish this. That was about halfway through my meal and I took that pic. Chipotle fried burrito al gusto with Carne Asada. It had the right amount of spice (salsa poured over it too). You walk right up to the register and order your food. You can get a number and sit or take it to go and they had several drinks options. For $14, you can't beat it! And it felt like it took like 5 minutes, but my food was definitely cooked fully. Most of the bad reviews I saw were about gorditas, but this burrito was delicious. Highly recommend this burrito.

I went there a couple of days ago and the food was really good. I got a suadero and a steak gordita and both of them were really good I even ask if it was possible for them to make the gorditas oven cooked instead of being deep fried and they even did that for me so the staff and service was like really nice, friendly and attentive...
The only reason I'm giving only 3 star on atmosphere it's because I sat at the bar and the counter it's set up like to high I'm 6'2 and it was still uncomfortable for me to be seating there because of its height, other then that everything was great

Yes! A Mexican street food(with other dishes) place that is not your typical Tex-Mex place that are everywhere and they all basically taste the same. This is just as good as their place on Staples Mill but with a full bar! Very good food and nice service.
