We were a group of 13 this past Sunday. We got there earlier than our reservation time and we were seated right away. Ryan our waitress got the ball rolling. She was fantastic, patient and very competent, an asset to the establishment. The bartender and the rest of the staff did not miss a beat either.

I love this place. My girlfriend and I went to Tarrants for the $5 old fashioned and it did not disappoint. The bartenders are the best and the pizza we ate was fantastic. Guess what? Today is Friday and we’re stopping by after work. Get those drinks ready for us!!
Food was delicious, staff were extremely good at their jobs. I ordered huevos rancheros, it was a delicious take on a classic recipe.

This was a nice find on a recent trip from Raleigh to Annapolis. Just a couple minutes from I-95. Good food and friendly wait staff.

Absolutely disappointing experience. We had reservations for 6:00pm. Get seated immediately, order drinks and our food. We didn't get our appetizers until 6:45. We weren't checked on at all during that time. No water refills, asking if we wanted any other drinks, or explaining the wait.
One of us ordered the soup, and we watched everyone around us receive the soup long before us. We saw one table receive their appetizers and mains before we received any food.
When we finally got our entrees at 7pm, there was still no explanation as to why we had to wait over an hour for our food. I asked our waiter and he said there was something wrong in the kitchen. When we paid he apologized again (I know it isn't his fault) and said there was something wrong with the pizza oven, and that's why it took so long.
I'm not really sure how the pizza oven would affect our soup and biscuits taking 45 minutes, but it wasn't worth arguing over.
The vegan specials themselves were unimpressive. The Mac n cheese had little to no sauce on it, so 90% of the dish was just unseasoned cavatappi for $20.
Overall, a horrible first impression of Tarrant's and I can't see us returning any time soon.

My husband and I had breakfast at Tarrant’s on Sunday morning. We were happy with our meals and our server, Michael was full of energy. He was attentive and did a great job. The picture is a pre-meal snack that Michael brought us. They were delicious!!

Incredible food, my husband and I drove 2 hours from Va beach and we were fighting and as soon as we got to tarrants our server Carter made us feel like we were having fun. Please ask for him, he saved my marriage. Thank you Carter!!!
