First time visiting their new spot! The cocktails are super creative and delicious, loved the variety of tequilas and mezcals. The food is delicious, there are a variety of vegetarian and vegan options. We got a variety of tacos and all were delicious. I do miss the “children of the corn” fries from the old spot, but I’m so happy that they have this new space! Service is great also, everyone was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely be going out here more often!

Disregard every bad review of this place. This is the best burrito in Virginia I’ve had and I’m from Arizona and needed authentic Mexican food. I’m sending everyone I know here and can’t wait to come back. Incredible food and service. Bar staff were on point and super quick.

Lunch, dinner, whenever you're craving really great food. This is my go to spot either in person or through delivery. Tacos are innovative and yummy! If you're ordering through uber don't skip the uber-rito, it is delicious and huge and such a deal. If you're eating in don't skip the drinks, they do a fantastic job. Since moving into their new space it's got a real fresh and fun vibe. Staff are always very nice.

Good Mexican food with a happy hour that is even on the weekend. The tacos were very vibrant and delicious. But I would recommend ‘’All The Damn Dips Sampler’’ on the menu. The queso has to be in my top 3 favorites now. The service was very slow and it took awhile just to get seated at a table during the day with only one table being served at the time. Aside from that, I would definitely go again for happy hour and apps.

Great margs, food, and service! We tried the “all the damn dips”. The salsas all had a great flavor profile and the queso and guacamole were delicious. I tried the burrito bowl with chicken and salsa verde and my husband got the burrito bowl with carne and salsa verde - both delicious. The service was excellent. I want to check out brunch on Sunday’s - they have live music! Check it out if you’re in the fan and hungry for delicious food!

Stopped in on a whim. Great find. The food was very good; fresh, varied choices, and good prices. Loved the vegetarian selection. They even made an off the menu taco for our daughter. Super friendly and respectful. The place has both outdoor and indoor seating. Not crowded when we were there so very pleasant. Would definitely go back.
Pros: The chicken burrito is really great and filling, the outdoor deck is really cute and a great place to sit and chat while eating, and the staff is friendly. We were also seated quickly.
Cons: I felt this was much too expensive for what it was, and the tacos especially are very expensive for not being filling at all. The tacos had great presentation, but I did not find the flavor to be particularly standout.
I didn’t mark down for this as it’s just a personal preference thing, but I also felt like the service was a bit slow. Overall I would give this a 3.5 rather than a 3 if I could and I would likely go back for the chicken burrito.

I used to love TBT El Gallo so so bad when they were still to-go only at their old location. I feel like every time I went their food was a little worse than it was the previous time and now that they have the new restaurant I’m over it. The prices are insane (I bought chips and guac for $10 and only got 4oz of guacamole. A side of corn is also $10). Like I used to get my whole meal and a drink for $17 and the last time I went I spent $45. The food is Not worth that price anymore. I’m sad.
