No matter how busy they are, no matter how filled the parking lot is, you get personal service from beginning to end. You never wait more than 15 minutes to get a table. And once you're at the table the waitress is there taking your order in less than 2 minutes. The food is outstanding. I'm the son of a butcher and I know good meat and the steak is excellent.

Just finished dining at this location and it was not what I'm use to when dining at Texas Roadhouse. The bread was over baked, dark and crispy on top- not the soft, warm rolls they usually serve at Texas Roadhouse. Both sets of silverware on my table were dirty. My server, Jay, did bring me clean silverware upon request and he actually provided me with really good service throughout my dining experience so that was a plus. The other issue I had was with the women's restroom. It was definitely in need of attention as the toilets were dirty and there was no hand soap. I actually brought this to the attention of the employees working the hostess stand when I first arrived after trying to wash my hands and discovered there was no hand soap. They thanked me for letting them know and told me they would take care of it. Over an hour later, after finishing my meal, I used the restroom on my way out and there was still no hand soap. If the customers don't have hand soap to wash their hands, the employees don't either before reentering the kitchen to prepare and serve food. I notified the employees at the hotess stand AGAIN before leaving, but I have no plans to visit this location again. I'll just go to the Hull Street location from this point on.

I gave this place a 5 star at one point. It doesn't even deserve a one star for food or service now. The atmosphere is okay. We order our food and got very basic service. All the food came out cold, steak, sides etc. When served to us you can tell is was sitting for a long time. A flim had form on gravy. The steak was completely dry from sitting so long. I refused to eat my food. My husband fiid was the same. But he somewhat ate his. Waitress didn't come to check. I stopped a manager. She did seem like she cared at all. I informed her about both of our food. Took my food off. Didn't even offer to recook anything for my husband. I will never go back. Go to the one on Hull st. Heck of alot better all the way around. This has happened several different times. And has gotten worst with each time . We have tried giving them another try because we are in the area. THIS WAS OUR VERY LAST TIME OF CRAPPY EVERYTHING AND WASTING MONEY. I am only going to Hull st.

Steak was not cooked the way I ordered it and the drinks were very watery!
We came in on Thursday night around 7pm. We placed our orders We ordered 2 chicken fritter meals a sampler platter and a burger and a cactus onion. I ordered a sweet potato loaded. My chicken came out and I waited for my sweet potato for 5 minutes our server came over and said they are preparing it now and it will be out soon. We'll 10 minutes later still no potato. The serve came back over and said we are out of sweet potatoes and I said you came out here 10 minutes ago and said it was being prepared and it will be right out. So now we are all done eating and she says would you like a different side and I said no we are all ready to go now. She walked away and never said another word about it. Brought our check and didn't offer to take anything off of my meal. Last time going here.

The place was extremely busy when my husband and I went for lunch so I was shocked when our food came out so quickly and it was HOT! The service was great and food was delicious. I ordered chicken critters with steak fries and mac and cheese. My husband ordered the salmon with corn and I forgot what else and the salmon was cooked perfectly. We'll definitely go back. Only reason for 4 stars is the music was a bit too loud for me
