My food came out dry I had Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta. I don't know what was wrong with the cooks in the back but this was not a good look. Please do better.

Waited two hours for food, everything was overcooked or dry. Wings barely had sauce on them. The three kids meals were pasta that was hard and dry. Never coming back. The only positive was our waitress.

Horrible attitude from workers. When requested to place my order after waiting a while (it was not even busy) one of the workers told me she was done working and to sit in a different area for service. Order came fast after I finally placed my order but won’t visit this location again. ?

We got in and the hostess was sitting on her phone and we asked for a table and she had to go talk to the manager and to get a table and that took 5 minutes and then she sat us down and we waited for 10 minutes still no one came to help take our order and the manager was on his phone sitting there and we had like two waiters walk passed up multiple times so we got up and left and there was like the wall boards almost falling off the wall

The food was great but my only disappointment was the wait time with curbside pick up. I waited an additional 20 minutes for my food after clicking on the "I'm Here" button in my email. I also called to let them know that I was waiting and no one was available to bring my food out. I finally went inside to pick it up. It would be helpful with the online orders to inform the customers that pick up would not be available or just remove that as an option when ordering.
I ordered online. I was missing food, my tenders were over cooked, my fries were under cooked, my boneless chicken had the wrong sauce on it. I’m so livid I had to relook at my receipt to make sure I wasn’t crazy. Called the restaurant to be given the run around and none of my money was refunded! I’ll never order from here again.

Don't order food from here for DELIVERY!! It absolutely sucked! $100 down the drain! I ordered two 12 oz steaks medium rare and got two 6 oz steaks extremely well done. The chicken wings were tough as well. The shrimp and noodle dish had no flavor. The only thing that was decent was the onion rings and the ribs. Don't waste your time, get McDonalds. At least it's edible!
Nina was the absolute best. I would come here again and again just because of her great service. She was beyond friendly and made us feel right at home.

Due to our local TGI Friday closing on Jan. 1st, we had to go to another one, a little further away! We had THE ABSOLUTE BEST server, Aaron. He was so on point with everything he did! So attentive, very accommodating, and made us feel like we'd known him for a long time! The wings ($.50 wing Monday) were great, too. We will definitely be back and will request Aaron each time, if possible! He is the epitome of excellent customer service!
