The food was great and the service was amazing, I was helped by two really nice ladies Ms.Chafa and Ms.Danie. They were absolutely amazing and a definite highlight to my evening at this restaurant and stay at the accompanying hotel!!!!!!

Great place to stay! From the front desk to the Bistro/Bar to the Valet parking staff. A special shoutout to Cliff, the Valet, who was quick, quick, quick to get our car once we were ready to go. Great service !

Nice welcome, valet team is engaged. You can tip with a large fee added. Front desk greeting is nice. Having your room cleaned is challenging important to ask then remind them . Bar team is engaged, with good drinks and service. Food takes sometime , breakfast/coffee time is normally short staffed.

I work across the street tc is an asset as are all the employees but he goes above and beyond with the attention and care he pays to Your guests always friendly smiling waving He is awesome he deserves all accolades????

Cliff was so helpful as soon as we arrived! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and up-to-date. It’s also conveniently located in a charming section of Richmond. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely stop here again.

Marriot always over delivers and the Courtyard staff at DT Richmond stood out with their kindness and hospitality. I want to shout out Cliff who always put a smile on my face and made me feel like my needs were extra special! I hope to stay here again in the future!

The check-in process was easy. My room was comfortable. Cliff was exceptional. He helped me with directions and even getting coffee in the early morning. The gentleman behind the bistro counter was very friendly and accomodating.

I stayed at Residence inn By marriot in Richmond and have to say that Cliff was very helpful and gave me some advices on which restaurant I could go for a great lunch and he qas absolutely right! Definitely will come back to this hotel if I will be again in Richmond.

Cliff was the friendliest face at valet! He showed me his many impersonations and made sure I didn’t miss my shuttle when it arrived out front. It was a refreshing way to start the day and I look forward to seeing Cliff again! The shuttle service was really convenient

Cliff was an awesome host an valet! Very friendly and helpful. When we pulled up to the front curb in our truck, Cliff was there to greet us and advise us of our parking options. He helped us decide where and how to park and took care of all the details.

The food is great and the bartender is better. You will not find service like this anywhere else

We’ve stayed at nearly every hotel in Richmond over the years and this was our first time at the Courtyard Marriott downtown. Gary at the bar makes excellent cocktails and Cliff in Valet was super friendly and fast. Happy we’ve found such a great new hotel option in Richmond!

Excellent staff! Brie was a gem at check in. Detrick was terrific at the Valet parking and gave us lots of good info on things to do. The bartended Friday night was super friendly and poured a great drink. Beds were comfy and room clean. Good location for a wedding at the train station.

One of the nicer Courtyard properties I've stayed in. Everything was clean and new and also had a well-equipped gym. The bar and food options were plentiful, as well. I will definitely stay there again the next time I'm in Richmond.
