The Boathouse at Short Pump Town Center

we had a very good experience at this restaurant. An attentive waitress who worked with the kitchen staff to ensure any food allergies were averted. Our entrees were delicious!

We had hush puppies, calamari, crab cake entree and salmon entree. Entrees were very good. Calamari was way over cooked as were hush puppies. I like the spice in them but be aware.

Service was great. Wish I could remember our severs name. She was great and had a good personality. Food was good. We got oysters and Brussels sprouts as appetizers. Brussels sprouts were great and had a great flavor. Oysters were a bit of a let down. For the price, I didn't think it was worth it. A little butchered from being shucked. Small size. Flavor was ok.

Mildly busy Sunday evening. Dinner was great, with a single snafu. Salmon was ordered medium rare and arrived medium-well. Our waiter Tanner took it back and a correct salmon dish arrived shortly thereafter. we were a party of four, with three celebrating birthdays. Tanner was excellent, very attentive, and we were fortunate to have him helping us.

The food was very good, but took a little longer than it should have to arrive. Also, we were seated next to a large open window and it got to be a little chilly. It would have been nice if the server had offered to close it.

Cocktails were fun and tasty. Service was excellent. But that's where the positives ended. Food was just average. I expected better. Crab cake was really disappointing. French fries were good.

Very reliable place to bring coworkers and client after work. Food is good and drink selection is excellent. Service was very good this evening. Had the oysters Rockefeller. Amazing. For main course had the bone-in pork chop thought it was overcooked and a little saltier than I would prefer.

Lucy was our server and was simply spectacular! If only every server was as cordial and perfectly timed as her~!

We went there for our 50th anniversary, just the two of us. My husband arranged to have roses sent to our table ahead of our arrival along with a corsage. Both were waiting at our table along with a card signed by the staff congratulating us. I thought that was a nice touch. Mike, our server greeted us with two glasses of champagne, compliments of the house. He was very attentive throughout our meal and we never felt rushed. The service at this restaurant was the best we have received recently throughout the area.

Every time I visit Richmond I visit this restaurant. Last night we had dinner and Riley was our server . Such an incredible young man .. pleasant , helpful , genuine knowledgeable. The best in a long time

We really enjoyed our food and service today! Lucy was a fabulous server! Food was amazing. It was my birthday and they brought a sweet treat at the end. Lovely.
