First went here for my anniversary and the service and food were exceptional. Tyler is especially very positive and remembered us during our second visit which was months later! One of the nicest environments to be in that will leave you with a big smile and a happy stomach 10/10 everything (especially the sha-bang bang shrimp)

This resturant is the perfect mixture of good music, good food and great service. I would recommend Tyler for his amazing service and ability to recommend items to try on the menu. My girlfriend and I will definitely be back.

Traveling on I-95 we took a break at the Children's Museum of Richmond with one of our grandchildren. Two hours later, we're all hungry and very happy to find The Boiling Crab just TWO blocks away. Excellent food, great service, and a nice atmosphere in one of Richmond's many older and renewed buildings. Stop and enjoy! We plan to return on one of our frequent I-95 RDU/DC/ColumbiaMD trips!
