This burger was actually really good! Lots of stuff on the menu. Fries are not my personal favorite style but they were cooked well.

Food was fine, though the fries were pretty bad. Took 30 minutes to make 3 burgers and we were the only ones there... Can't say I'll return. The service is incredibly slow.
The decor and lighting doesn't match the branding they are going for and the place is really dingy and dirty. Trash was full and the bathroom had no paper towels.
I'm fairly certain the positive reviews are from friends and family... Yikes.

Wait time was over an hour, which gave the food plenty of time to emotionally prepare me.
I somehow left smelling like fryer oil without ever stepping into the kitchen.
I added enough condiments to legally classify the burger as a salad, but attempting to finish it was still the biggest regret of my week.
One employee told me that he didn't know how to use the register.

Are these reviews fake? My husband chose this place because of the pictures and reviews. Pulled up at about 12:15pm. Hostess pulled in behind us. There was a party of like, 10 people in the back seated and having conversations. Took around 5 minutes to order and as we were paying, a guy walked up from the back to ask if they were going to get the order they put in 30 minutes ago. Felt it was a little rude, but the hostess kindly explained it would be maybe 5 more minutes. Out of Diet Coke, it happens. Our receipt was timestamped at 12:31. It was about 1:15 when I got up to ask if our food was coming - stood at the counter for a few minutes, peeking through the kitchen doors. People walking around, someone knocked over the pre folded boxes, hostess runs out to assure me it will be 5 more minutes. Hostess explains the grill is broken, but they JUST fixed it. Guy standing in line behind me asks the same question before asking to refund his order because he has to go back to work and can't wait. Our food was half delivered at 1:33. I ordered a regular Burg no onions, Nashville Sauce and Burg Sauce on the side. My husband had ordered the Rooster Burg with a side of plain fries (they were out of the pizza fries). We got the fries and the Burg with a small tomato slice, no pickles, no condiments, nothing described or pictured. (menu for the Nashville Burg shows a burger covered in jalapenos, but the description doesn't mention jalapenos?) Somehow we got extra lettuce (?) and with the fries we were given a small stack of ketchup packets. Sauces on the side were Nashville hot sauce and Mayo - no utensils. We used a straw to put the mayo on the Burg. The Rooster didn't get a chance to make it out, because I crashed out and stormed out of the restaurant. We spent time swiping the mayo on to the bun, grabbed a ketchup and put one packet on the top bun. Shook the second packet, poured HOT SAUCE in an identical packet onto my bun. The ketchup and hot sauce packets were mixed together. I walked out. Didn't bother asking for my money back, just gave up and left. The food looks nothing like what other people are posting, place didn't smell like food until 10 minutes before I gave up and walked out. I tried giving benefit of the doubt that it was understaffed, but the hostess said the grill was broken, but they had just fixed it. Then why didn't she tell us when the people before us had waited 30 minutes for their food? Gave 3 stars because I REALLY want to give the benefit of doubt it's just a bad day.

WOW WOW! The food at this restaurant is incredibly tasty. I ordered the wings first, and they were absolutely delicious. After that, I couldn’t stop myself from trying the cheeseburger—and wow, everything here is amazing! The flavors are on point, the quality is excellent, and the service is very quick. I really enjoyed having lunch here with my friends. Anyone who gets the chance to eat here is truly lucky. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
