Food was great but we waited approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes for a table for 6 adults and two children after being told an hour when we checked. There was no apologetic language from the hostess about the long wait just “ we will seat you as soon as they finish wiping those tables” after waiting 105 minutes. Don’t live in Richmond and one of our guests specifically requested we eat there. Very unlikely would drive down again.

The quality is hit or miss, and getting a refund back for an item you had to return is a hassle. I had to wait 14 business days to get a refund on a takeout order that was charred and had to be returned.
Eating out is a luxury in this economy—not worth the hassle at this location.

I got my free piece of cheesecake with my rewards for my birthday. I got the Triple Berry Bliss, and oh, was it blissful. It has cake and cheesecake in it. I like the contrast. I also loved the berries. It was huge, too! I would definitely pay full price for a piece again!
I also got the Parmesan Truffle Fries. They were good, and I am picky with my fries. It comes with a lot too.
It also came with two pieces of fresh bread for free! I think one was sourdough and one was that brown, sweet bread. That was also amazing! I had no idea they had such great bread! Now I know why I see it in the grocery store!

This is the second time I've visited this location and much was left to be desired as far as food and service. If you look at the Food picture there was hair baked into the cheese of my nachos. I mentioned it to the server. The manager came over to apologize, but there was absolutely no accommodations made for the inconvenience. I have never visited a restaurant where they do nothing to accommodate this inconvenience they caused. Nothing was offered, and no discount was even taken off the check This server apologized several times stating she understood where I was coming from and every other restaurant she's worked Would have done something to rectify their mistake. I absolutely do not recommend this location. They do not value their customers

I’m writing to express my frustration regarding a recent order. My husband called two days before my son's birthday and was told that we could easily get a fresh cheesecake if we called one day in advance. When we tried to do so, we were unable to reach anyone. This was a very disappointing experience.

Got the Louisian Chicken Pasta. The bow tie pasta was swimming in butter or some kind of grease. My girlfriend's Chicken Madeira was the same way. Of 4 appetizers, 2 were good (stuffed mushrooms & tex mex eggrolls). Two different pieces of bread put on table. One was like rubber and hard to bite. Good place for cake, not so good for dinner. Although my girlfriend said the margarita was very good. Seating was bad! The 2 person tables were so close that you would be face to butt of anyone stepping between them. Not a place to go if you're looking for an intimate meal. If it's just you and another, recommend reserving a table for 3 or 4 people and when you get there ask for a booth and just tell them the others will be there soon. The meal, 20% tip (server was good), and 4 pieces of cake we took home was $208. Will not be going there again.
