Came with family of 4. Food allergies. Ordered
2 Pastas's
1 Burger and fries
1 Steak, eggs (shelled) and fries
Burger came out with pork (bacon) on top
Manager came over tall so-called black man
Out of the complaints Eggs cold, not shelled, don't look like there's 2 eggs, fries cold (as if food was in back sitting) Presentation horrible. The manager asks how do I know if shelled eggs was used because the eggs were scrambled. He said I wouldn't see any white 😆🙄. You can't make this shish up. Worked 10 hrs., famished. This would be my first and only meal for the night. Only complaint with waitress. She kept crossing my face to pass food, sauces, to go containers... to my grand daughter and not once said excuse me. I thought that was extremely rude. She couldn't have been reading the room or simply didnt care. Had to result to a drive thru 😫 Chic Filet (didn't dissappoint).

The food is good- not $25 a plate good, but good. Not $5 for a soft drink good. But the customer service is seriously lacking. I went over the weekend and it was NINE degrees outside. They sat me right by a door. I could not even take my coat off because it was so cold. Most of the tables are so close to each other, that if the stranger next to you sneezes, you're going to get spit in your food. My bread plate was dirty when I sat down. The sweet tea was terrible. We were also sat right next to the bar. Small children shouldn't be near adults who are drinking. I did the survey on the receipt and I will attach the response I got. They clearly do not care about customer service. They were given the chance to make it right, and they failed to do so. They care more about profit than customers.

Oh wow how?.. Suchks much def would bet against. Why douth though protesting? Menu does length, but not width.. depth is girthy. Dun eating then more sweet eating. Some sour on sweet sawce. Gud would has gain.
