Got the Louisian Chicken Pasta. The bow tie pasta was swimming in butter or some kind of grease. My girlfriend's Chicken Madeira was the same way. Of 4 appetizers, 2 were good (stuffed mushrooms & tex mex eggrolls). Two different pieces of bread put on table. One was like rubber and hard to bite. Good place for cake, not so good for dinner. Although my girlfriend said the margarita was very good. Seating was bad! The 2 person tables were so close that you would be face to butt of anyone stepping between them. Not a place to go if you're looking for an intimate meal. If it's just you and another, recommend reserving a table for 3 or 4 people and when you get there ask for a booth and just tell them the others will be there soon. The meal, 20% tip (server was good), and 4 pieces of cake we took home was $208. Will not be going there again.

We had a fantastic experience at The Cheesecake Factory in Short Pump while celebrating my mom’s birthday! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and seated promptly. The ambiance was welcoming, and everything just felt perfect for a special occasion. We started with the egg rolls and calamari appetizers and both were absolutely delicious! The egg rolls were crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, while the calamari was tender and cooked to perfection with just the right amount of crunch. Definitely a great way to kick off our meal. The rest of the food was just as impressive. Everyone at the table enjoyed their entrees and everything was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The portion sizes were generous, and the menu had something for everyone, which made it easy to please the whole family. What truly made our visit exceptional was the outstanding customer service. Our waiter, Arshi, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, making sure my mom felt celebrated on her special day. Her knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot-on, and she checked on us regularly without being overbearing. Overall, this was a memorable experience filled with great food, great service, and lots of smiles. Thank you to Arshi and the entire staff for helping us make my mom’s birthday so special. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful place , cute scenery, however the food is very bland our waitress JORDAN (I think) very friendly positive and looks like he’s holding it together but yeah food needs salt or something, I just threw the food out.

After years of wanting to go here, I had to drive an hour just to get here. Then, it was unbelievably crowded and LOUD when I tried to go here with my family. The wait was over an hour just to get seated. I just don't understand why there aren't more locations to serve the impossibly high demand. Capitalism at it's finest, I guess. In the end, we just left without experiencing the food. Not sure if I'll bother trying to go here again. Definitely not going to recommend this place to friends or family.

Overall a good experience. The server was a bit flustered and for some reason kept forgetting I was there in our group of 10 and my flatware was dirty with food on it as well as my table area...no one else had similar complaints. It was probably a long day, she was otherwise nice and polite. I enjoyed my food, it was well prepared and served in good time.

The food was amazing the cheeseburger was very crunchy and greasy which is perfect for what I like the waitress was very nice. The only downside was my brothers tea was in sweat the first time but they fixed it.

The denied serving my family stating that their policy is not to seat groups over 6 without manager approval, despite the restaurant being mostly empty. We had several children with us, and it was evident they did not want to serve children. They made no offer to accommodate. Will not be returning. 0/10 would not recommend.

If you are a large family, do not bother coming. We had family in town and tried to stop for lunch at 11:45. The restaurant wasn’t even half full. We were told that a manager has to approve of seating any group above 6 people. They wouldn’t accommodate our group of 8 and two babies. Even though there was plenty of space.
