Food was good, we ordered the fried shrimp and fish and chips. The shrimp had too much batter on it but it tasted very good, the shrimp are very big, more than enough food, atmosphere was loud, service was nice. Ordered the tiramisu cheesecake, very good. Will go back

We ate on the patio snd they allowed our German Shepherd to sit with us. Server provided him with a bowl of water. She did not pet him but she acknowledged him every time she came to the table. Our food was fast and delicious and our drinks never got empty!

Cheesecake Factory hasn't changed in 20 years. It's basically the same as another generic dine in chain restaurant, but more expensive. They make you feel fancy while you're ordering overpriced pasta. We made a reservation for a birthday dinner, in the reservation said it was a birthday dinner. When we walked in the 2 ladies behind the desk didn't greet us or make eye contact. We kind of stood there and waited to be acknowledged, then she spoke bairly loud enough to hear her. Didn't like jamming 6 adult size people into 1 booth. Ony parties of 2 get a table and chair, hate the booth. Food on the menu was OK, for the $$$ nothing looked appealing and I didn't want to spend $$$ just to be disappointed. We mentioned to our server that it was our sons 16th birthday dinner when we ordered dessert. No song, no candles, NOTHING. Other tables around us got the birthday treatment. Or server said "oh that's how I got fired at my last job." it would have been funny if she hadn't caused so much disappointment on my kids' birthday.

My husband and I travel all the time and if there is a cheesecake factory with them 30 minutes from us, we will always go and eat there. But at this location, the weight was 30 minutes so we walked around. We didn’t mind that but when they sat, we specifically asked for a table, they put us at a booth we weren’t gonna sit there so then they found us a table and a booth Together and was fine, but it was in the back and both tables on each side of us were filthy. They never got busted even after our waitress Brooklyn took our order. First thing is my husband order a beer and IPA and she brought him a pale ale and argued with him and told him that that was the IPA and I ordered a Pinot noir a Bottle and she brought me a Pinot Grigio That took forever, so I told her just to bring me a glass of red wine the Pinot noir. Then my husband asked for a second beer and it took so long he walked to the bar and got his own beer. By the time they brought my food out, I had asked for extra sauce on the side. They forgot that and when they brought that to me, it was cold right out of the fridge or wherever they got it and it should’ve been warm and I had started eating it had been 10 minutes and they still hadn’t brought my husband‘s food out and when they did, he had gotten his shrimp dish and frankly, I tasted it and it was horrible. Worst experience we’ve ever had at a cheesecake factory. The only thing good that came out of. It was the cheesecake that we ordered on the way out.

We love this chain but this location is a favorite. The selection of food is amazing. There were five of us with a wide selection of food. My choice was the gumbo. Of course, one cannot go to Cheesecake Factory without getting cheesecake for dessert. Our server was excellent and the atmosphere was great too. If it town, check it out.

Reserved a table for 7:30pm tonight, I went up to the counter and the lady told me that I would receive a text we waited over 30 mins and I went and ask she never put in that we had arrived so we were waiting for nothing then she said ok you will be seated in 10min and we were, we ordered alcoholic drinks and they took forever to get us the first one, we ordered a 2nd one it didn't arrive til after our food was boxed up to go... we were still eating when we ordered the 2nd one and weren't even close to being done before we received the 2nd drink. She was quick to refill our water, though, and food came out quickly. The food was delicious. It was super loud, but they were busy. Still busy when we left at 9:17pm. Parking is horrible, but this is also next to a mall, so to be expected. This mall is busy. The server was great it was the bartender that was slow, just for your information. The server was nice. I asked about her thoughts on the banana cheese cake, and she said it was good.Parking: Parking is next to a busy mall so expect parking to be difficult

Place an online order for two carbonaras and a spaghetti and meatballs kids meal. Got home and open the order only to find out the carbonaras were smaller than the kids meal, there was no sauce, and barely any bacon. Solely bland noodles and peas. Never been so dissapointed in a Cheesecake Factory meal or service. May never visit again as a result. It should be an embarrassment to the establishment.
