Food was cold and stale. Waited over an hour for the food between prep and delivery I ordered around 545 did not get here until after 7 so there's a slip up somewhere. Cold food ruins the whole experience.

The food here is good, but I was told today that (amid recent changes) the combo no longer comes with a side and/or a drink, just the entree. I'm left wondering what exactly about this is a combo?
In fairness, I went back and they gave me an order of fries for the misunderstanding, the people were cool and I can't complain about the customer service but there's a very large discrepancy in value / price here. I can't imagine they're giving everyone a free order of fries for the trouble.
If you're rich and prices mean nothing to you, I don't believe you'll be disappointed by the flavor.

Hear me out - imagine putting in a group order to support a local business, having your delivery arrive late, missing orders, and then being gaslight by a member of staff who swears they packed everything up. When you stress that 3 people are missing an order they tell you they will have to contact a district manager. So you wait. But you still have 3 staff with no meal so, perhaps an honest mistake, you just go to order again. Now the website isn’t taking orders and you can’t call it in.
And that was my first and hopefully only experience with this business. I would not recommend unless you’re ordering in person and can check your order is right before you leave. We also asked them to label the orders. Surprise, surprise they weren’t labeled.
Still waiting to hear back from that distract manager…

Couldn’t get food before work because the two places I went to were busy and closed. I paid almost 30 dollars to have my food delivered to my job from here because I hadn’t eaten all day. When it arrived I was missing half my order and then the celery and carrot water leaked through the brown bag causing the food to fall through. I would say luckily I caught the wings but that would be a lie. They were nasty and it looked like they poured what was supposed to be barbecue in the Togo box.

The food is very inconsistent as is the service. The chicken wings are over-priced, they never have enough meat on them. The wings are also devoid of any taste. You also shouldn't have to buy extra sauce on the side, the sauce on the disgusting wings should be enough. The lady who works there is very nice, and when she works there usually the service and food is great. Which is why I returned after a couple of visits. The three bearded men who work need some customer service training and extra food preparation training because the quality of food falters on the days they work.

Ordered boneless wings and they were so mushy I couldn’t eat more than a couple of bites. Very gross. Too much sauce that destroyed any crispiness. Fries were good.

Food is good, but they consistently forget items in my pickup orders. Last 2 times I’ve gone they’ve forgot to put in ranch, before that they forgot the fries.
Absolutely wonderful! Wonderful service, wonderful food! I couldn’t even get a side because the sandwich was so good!! The sweet and sour businessman is probably the best on the board, only thing Is I feel bad and they need a bigger restaurant!! Definitely going back next time I’m in short pump and will be telling people about the cocky rooster!!!

Food Truck Review - I had free tickets to try out Cocky Rooster via their food truck at Mercy Mall. I had the Sunday Best, which was very good. Only complaint was that my piece of chicken could've been bigger, as it didn't cover the entire bun. I think it might've even been made with chicken tenders. Nevertheless, the sandwich was good, fries were good. Would definitely go back again to spend my own money.

Great place! The staff was very helpful and the overall experience was chill. Great food. I got the wings and fries exactly how I wanted them and it tasted great!
Parking: Parking is really iffy. We had to park around the corner but this restaurant is located in a neighborhood is really gonna be more dependant on time of day?
