I had the smoked lemon pepper wings which had a noticeably smoky flavor and a good dry rub, salt and vinegar fried cauliflower which again was flavorful and fried to perfection. Lastly french fries, plain, and again fried perfectly. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about allergens in sauces, even uncommon ones, and helped recommend sauces for my issues.

I thought I’d give this place a try because I had really good review turned out wrong. I even called the had my wings.Remade because I wasn’t cooked enough in the second time there’s so much sauce at the bottom of the tray that it comes in, you can’t even pick them up and eat them without making a mess that’s part of it is football night both times just wasn’t cooked long enough

The chicken tenders are huge but I highly recommend you remove the fascia before batter and frying. It is like a rubber band is fried when you leave that membrane on. Tater tots tasted like old oil and onions were fried with them. I probably will not want to try other food items.

They literally turned a bad experience into a beautiful moment! Our door dasher stole our food when we placed our order. We called the restaurant to confirm if the order was made and we were able to get the situation resolved with door dash. After talking to the manager they remade our order and personally delivered it. Just the definition of over and above customer service.
The food was fresh, hot, and flavorful. We ordered 10 wings, 2 tenders, and a bottle of water. The tenders were huge. We weren’t expecting that and they were so good! I can’t remember the orange powder we had on the side but it was absolutely amazing.
Thank you for righting a wrong that you had nothing to do with and showing us that there are still good people in the world. If I could give 10 stars I would 10x over!

This is maybe the third time that my order has been missing things & barely has any sauce on it…. Over $20 on a meal and not getting what you paid for every single time is INSANE.
First time trying tonight, got it delivered. The food was still hot when it got to me. The food itself, was amazing! Will know better to get a small fry though, lol. But very delicious.

Food is spectacular here. I like the choice of either fried or smoked wings. I'm personally not a smoked wing fan but can appreciate their willingness to serve to those that do. What I am a huge fan of, however, are their sauces. I tried the buffalo lemon pepper and hot and the flavors were on point. You can tell a lot of thought and carefulness into how each sauce is made. The fries are tasty and there are many seasonings to choose from with them too. I got lemon pepper and it was great! Cocky Rooster is a home run spot if yku want some great wings that are full of flavor. Highly recommend!

So after fighting with DoorDash over a driver who decided my food looked too good to deliver, they told me to “ask my bank for a refund.” Be so for real. Why would I make the restaurant suffer because your driver wanted free tenders?
Instead, I called Cocky Rooster, told them what happened, and baby—THE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They didn’t argue, didn’t make excuses, just said, “We’ll remake it for you.” And they did it with a smile. Now that’s how you win a customer for life.
Let’s talk about the food though, because whew—🔥. I got the 3-piece tenders with their Truffalo (that’s truffled Buffalo, for the fancy folks) and a small fry. But listen… if that’s a small fry, I don’t even want to see the large. The fries were seasoned to perfection with blackened Old Bay—soft, flavorful, and living their best life. The tenders were juicy, crunchy, and had me questioning why I ever trusted DoorDash with something so precious.
Moral of the story? Cocky Rooster = 10/10. DoorDash = 0 stars, do not pass go, do not collect $200. I’ll definitely be back—but I’m picking it up myself this time. Lesson learned!
