Daily Kitchen's staff is excellent and very knowledgeable about their food and menu. Their hospitality and Southern charm most definitely would make me come again. I was visiting from Chicago and was not disappointed.
I had the Buddha Bowl with salmon. Overall it was good though the salmon was cooked too long for my taste. I could not cut the broccoli. Server was attentive & gave her opinion about choices on the menu.
I love the Daily but tonight was a complete disappointment. I brought my son before we went to The Byrd and our waitress was not very attentive, our food took 40min to come out and my teriyaki bowl had zero flavor and was not warm (I think she forgot about us actually) my sons burger was good though. Just disappointing start to our evening.
Avery was a great waitress, food and drinks were delicious. Food took a littler longer to come out than usual.
The server was very young and seemed scattered. We had to ask for several things more than one time.
From the point of entering the restaurant to exiting, the experience was very pleasant. The server was very attentive and cordial and took the time to explain various options. The food was prepared perfectly. We never felt rushed. The setting and atmosphere was also very pleasant. I will return in the future.
We were directed to check this place out by a local who said the had quite a few vegan and gluten free options. It's in a really cool spot on the corner of a busy area that's full of other chic spots. If we had more time in Richmond, it would've been a great place to wander around. Overall, love the decor and service in this place. The menu is fairly large and did have a lot of gluten free and vegan options. We were originally going to split the Spicy Avocado Bowl and the TLT Sandwich with the chickpea Salas. The server came back out after a few minutes to tell us that they couldn't actually make the sandwich gluten free and vegan since their gluten free bread contained eggs and their Tempeh Bacon contains wheat. That was a real disappointment since those things could be easy swaps with ingredients or products that are both gluten free and vegan. Hence the 4 stars instead of 5. However, we got 3 sides with the bowl instead and all of the food was delicious. If we lived in the area, this is probably a place we would come back to.
The man in the booth behind me was on his phone with the speakerphone on the entire time I was there. Was it my job to confront him, or should the staff had enough initiative to realize how disruptive he was?
We had a great lunch here. We loved the variety of options on the menu and how many healthy, tasteful options they offer. The coffee was also great. It was not too loud, and a very pleasant atmosphere. We'll be back!
I’ve been here twice in the last few weeks and the food have had a great experience both time. The drinks are good and I really like that they are diet friendly by offering gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. They have a little bit for everyone.

It's like eating at a cafeteria. The last time I was there, my tofu and rice dish tasted like it had been sitting in the kitchen for hours. There was paper towel/toilet paper just sitting in the hallway to the bathrooms. No one working there bothered to pick it up. It seemed like everyone working there really didn't want to be there.

It was a little loud for me, but I am old. I'm sure the kids (20 - 40) really enjoyed it! I would go back.

Menu eclectic and offered a wide variety of healthy choices and options. All of the food was excellent in presentation and even my simple Chicken salad was elevated with the uniqueness of it's salad dressing. Our young waitress was engaging and very attentive to our needs. Great experience!!
Great food & great service. I will be back to try different dishes.
