The food truck operation has transitioned to a brick and mortar restaurant in downtown Shockoe Bottom adding a full bar with an attached cigar lounge. The food was good from the food truck but now it’s really good. My favorite entree is the Seafood Egg Roll. It comes Overloaded with crabmeat, shrimp, and salmon and a tasteful homemade dipping sauce. Other favorites are the Virginia Crispy chicken sandwich and their School street shrimp tacos offered only on Tuesdays...
Their collard greens are AMAZING! I didnt know about this food truck till I drove by last night around 8pm. I always love seeing food trucks so I always take advantage of it when I see one because they never disappoint. Their fish was delicious but a bit too salty and crunchy but that's just me. Definitely going back for those collard greens though! And they were generous with the portion and gave me an extra collard greens!
Always enjoy great meals at the Daily Menu. Awesome prices, friendly customer service and generous portions. The seafood burger and crab dip are my favorites and the amazing banana pudding jars. Highly recommend.
