This place is amazing. It was our first time there and they made the experience wonderful. The drinks and the food were fantastic. The restrooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and professional. We are going back in a few weeks and I can't wait. I recommend getting a ride to and from, most of the drink are strong and there is no need to be behind the wheel. We did this and it made the experience better.

Really nice spot! Came here to see the holiday menu. Very pleased with the options that were available, and the decor was beyond phenomenal. I wasn’t a huge fan of the drink that I got, and most of the seasonal drinks weren’t close to my preference, but to most people there is plenty to love. Also got the Chex mix, and while tasty, I thought was a hair over seasoned. Excellent service though, and I loved the seasonal glasses! Would definitely recommend.

2025- visited twice this season and they totally nailed it again! Great drinks, great atmosphere, over the top decor, great service! One of my most favorite pop ups!!! 2024-Visited for Sippin’ Santa and what a great job they did with decor. Such a festive atmosphere!! The holiday drinks were fun and very good. So glad I snagged a resy and got to finally try this place:)

Super fun spot around Christmas time! They have the vibe down perfect. Smaller spot so had to wait over an hour but would definitely come again now that I know what to order. Fries and the seasoning were great when they were crispy. The ham and pimento cheese sandwich was super good and much better than the pork sandwich. Dumplings were very good as well. The highlight may have been the sausage patties though! Salad I was told was really good and the coffee cake dessert with ice cream I would get again as well. Our group had a few drinks, but the only one we enjoyed was the cold brew/eggnoggy cocktail I forgot the name of!

We always look forward to getting a drink or having a date night at Emerald Lounge! This place really sets the bar for service, and quality cocktails! The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu. Each time that I am there I see something new and appreciate the hospitality and vibe. During Sippin Santa everything transforms but the quality and service stay the same! The drinks are always dialed in and the food menu always has something for everyone to enjoy! Thanks for the time and energy you spend to create a great experience. Looking forward to seeing y’all again soon!

We stopped by Emerald Lounge on Saturday Nov 29 around 11:30 p.m. They close at 1:00 a.m., so there was still plenty of time left in the night. As soon as we walked in, we were told they were at capacity and it “didn’t make sense to serve us” since they would be closing in an hour and a half and last call would be soon. There was an open booth and while we were standing there, at least two people left, several seats at the bar opened up, and there was more than enough space for us to wait a reasonable amount of time. No one offered us the option to stay or be seated as spots opened.
Overall the experience felt dismissive and inconsistent. A simple offer to wait or a clear explanation would have gone a long way.
