Went here on a date and had an absolutely amazing time! Savannah not only provided excellent service, but she also went above and beyond to serve us the most delicious drinks. Will be coming back!

Let me start by saying that my husband and I are die hard fans of The Jasper, so naturally The Emerald Lounge had big shoes to fill.I’m happy to say that The Emerald Lounge has truly risen to the occasion. The tropical, vintage Cuban vibes are spot on, the drinks are fantastic and unique, and the HH deals are (dare I say) even more enticing than The Jasper, plus there’s outdoor seating! The real cherry on top of a 10/10 experience was the impeccable service when my sleeve knocked over my nearly full drink, the bartender that night (I believe it was one of the owners, Thomas) swooped in from behind the bar to our table before I could even blink to reassure that I didn’t need to worry about a thing, he was making me a new drink. Our waitress was just as lovely in helping not make a scene of my clumsiness.Thank you for a superb time all around, can’t wait to return!

FRAUD!! Beware and check your card for final total. Was charged an additional $7.Service was horrible, has to ask the guy to get my stuff because our waitress was MIA the whole time. Only to get charged for the wrong drink.Drinks were ok and ceviche was banging but the chips were burnt.Portions aren’t good at all.Parking not too bad around by the church.Music was great def bar vibes and no real food to order here however I think they also own the ramen place next door.Overall I won’t return or recommend!

overpowering perfume smell and rude staff, has a pretentious vibe and even with empty tables a long wait.

I came here with my bf to have a nice drink. There were two tables available with no one else waiting. The hostess said it would be a 20 minute wait. Then a party came in and asked for a 4 top and got seated immediately. We stood there for two minutes and the hostess essentially told us to leave or wait outside because there was no "wait area." I said but it's pouring outside and no one else waiting in here and she reiterated there is no wait area. I really wanted to try this place and was excited about it but the rudeness and reluctance to help us was appalling and honestly disgusting.

To be fair—who is the greater fool for paying $15 for a cocktail I could get for $7 on the beach (with a stronger pour and better liquor)? ‘Tis this girl. But yeah babes, it’s a pass.

Very cool vibe and staff. Great mojitos. A bit on the pricey end, but not for the area.

Great drinks. Don’t have more than one fogcutter though or you’ll end up on the side of a ditch somewhere on Churchill wondering where you’re life went

The atmosphere is excellent. It’s comfy and not loud but still has a good energy. There are purse hooks and outlets under the bar! And a lot of them.We ordered one of everything from the food menu. It was all very good but the stand outs are the spam sliders and popcorn.Great cocktail menu and prices. They have a $6 daily daiquiri that’s not just a happy hour special.I can see myself coming here often.Vegetarian options: It’s a small food menu but there are some vegetarian dishes.

This place is beautiful, but unfortunately, they haven't yet mastered how to handle the high demand for their services. I arrived at about 8:15pm on a Friday night, at which time I was told there would be about a 30-40 minute wait. Given I was meeting friends there, I thought that I could have a drink and wait for them to arrive. They do not allow you to stand in the common area and have a drink- you must be seated. I was told I could wait outside in the cold (no heated patio) or go to my car. I really wanted to try this spot, so I opted to be put on the waitlist. An hour into my wait, I replied to the text notification asking for an update. I was told it would be about 20 more minutes. By the time they notified me that my table was ready, it had been two hours and 20 minutes. Obviously by then we were not interested. A small establishment like this should have a protocol to ensure a time limit for their tables or should simply not use a waitlist system. I gave the establishment 2 stars based on the facility being beautiful and reviews from friends who have (somehow) gotten tables who reported the drinks were good.
