GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I came here on Saturday night (3.23.24) and I was just blown away by their customer service, how clean it was, and how fast they are! Everything was freshly cooked!! I live in Chesapeake, but I would not mind traveling here to grab a burger or two! Thank you for a great experience.

Look, it's fast food but the best. The food is hot and the options are better than most. I have never been disappointed in anything I've ordered. I love that they have a drive thru and don't mind waiting for my food because it is hot and amazing! I don't like being made to feel obligated to tip at the drive thru though. The dressings are home made and delicious ! ? I don't go the any other fast food places since I found The Habit.

This place surely is a hit! The atmosphere and food was amazing and the inside was amazingly clean, the place almost feels local and is one of the better burger joints in town! The milkshake was amazing and seems very kid friendly, the staff were excellent and above average especially for a chain. I’m excited to come back and get it again! Everything looks like the picture and is crafted with love!

My mother went to this restaurant due to the fact she has always went to the location with no issues until today , they were running behind as one of the employees did apologize but the manager at the time (Jaylin) was extremely disrespectful to my mother and told her to go crash her car & die in hell . As a manger this is not a great leadership to your employees an to discuss the word for word to my sister what she said to my mother in a disrespectful tone and awful language , we have never had a issue before and when asking for a manager she begin to yell “I am a manger” an continue with her foul language with my mother . This should not be a reputation of this restaurant that is very unbelievable I hope they find the help that is needed .

The tuna "burger" is all that I need. Well, that and the fries. The strawberry-lemonade, passion fruit and sweet tea. Can't forget about the milkshakes either.
My mom went to this location early today. It appears that they were behind, as usual. My mom asked the worker, who was the manager, what was the hold up. The manager took into offense, and stated, "You can go somewhere else." When my mom asked for her name, she refused to give it, and bickering back and forth took place. Another worker saw what happened, and felt bad. He offered my mom a free drink, and she said said yes, and before he could hand her the drink, the manager asked my mother if she wanted it. My mom said yes, and she then continued to pour the drink out in my mothers face and state, “well looks like you have to pay for it. This was taunting, and disturbing.What was very disturbing, is that at the end of the conversation, the manager then proceeded to tell my mom that she hopes she crashes her car, and die. As a manager of a food place, you should be ashamed of talking to customers like that. When I asked her what happened, she repeated word for word that she indeed did tell my mother that, and did not care. This is disgusting behavior, especially as a manager. No matter how frustrated you may be working at a food industry, you should never steep that low. When requesting to speak with the General Manager, Alex, she told me no. We loved this place, as my sister, was a former employee. Never again.

The manager told her to take her service else where, and walked away. When another coworker noticed, he stated he felt bad, and asked if she wanted a free drink. My aunt said yes, and before he could hand her the drink, the manager asked my aunt if she wanted it. My aunt said yes, and she then continued to pour the drink out in my aunts face and state, “well looks like you have to pay for it.” My aunt took offense, and asked for her name and she said no. Wow! As a former Five Guys shift leader & grill Cook, their patty melt is amazing! They definitely understand what "well done" means. Also, the prices are higher but so is the quality. Definitely better food & prices then Five Guys. A must try in the Midlothian area near Target.
