RIC Airport location. Signs posted all over airport that its open. After walking (with crutches) across airpprt to find it not open with sign saying closed, back at 5pm. Nobody showed at 5 to open. If you are going to post across airport that you are open then be open. If your sign says return at 5 then freakn return at 5.

I get that it is airport food and probably not the greatest gig in the world for a worker, but this was quite a bad experience. Cold pulled pork on a “hot sandwich”, and no chips. When I asked about the chips, she said we ran out. When I asked if I could grab a pack of Doritos from the stand since they were out of the in house chips, I was told No. No problem billing me full price.though.

I got a snack and while eating I noticed it wasn’t fresh so I looked the expiration date and it was 8/2/2024 and today is 8/26/24 .Went back and saw several of they’re snacks was expired .Went to talk to the cashier and she left never offered to give my money back barely said I apologize! Rude person ! Please check the dates if u r buying anything there ! This is an absurd ! Health violation!

Simple menu but the food was surprisingly good! Breakfast sandwich came on a biscuit which was exceptionally nice! They also had a few grab and go selections too

The food is mediocre at best, the customer service was awful and the price of their items is exorbitant in relation to what you get. Part of the items for offered with the sandwiches were not available and no discount was tendered. The salesgirl was rude and difficult to deal with. I ended up going without because of the clerks attitude and the lack food items included in the meals on offer.

Wheelchair accessibility: One would not be able to approach the cash register or use any of the tables if in a wheelchair ?

Omari was fantastic. Our terrible Breeze flight was delayed until nearly midnight. He was kind enough to open the bar and regale us with stories of the airport! It made a long, long evening much more enjoyable.

Everything’s overpriced, but Omari the manager staid late for our delayed flight and made the whole ordeal a lot better! Talked to us passengers and fostered some conversation. He was great even though the prices were a little high.

$7.75 is the price of disappointment. I fully understand this is an airport but damn you can’t afford a real slice of ham. On top of that you expect a tip… don’t bother with this place you are better off spending your money elsewhere.

“Mesha” (may be spelled wrong) was the absolute rudest lady that I’ve met in this airport. Not sure why her day is so bad but she was definitely not worried about showing it. When asking for the price of the beer in the cooler she said “they’re all different prices” as she sighed and walked away. The line got up
To about five people, four of which finally walked away, including myself.
