The worst experience ever. Charge for a tip when I said no tip for a bag of potato chips this is ridiculous. I will never come here again.

My partner and I order smoothie bowls at least once a week from this location because it is the superior p&p. The quality is always consistent and the staff are all super nice. At one point, we had an issue with the rewards from the app (how do you redeem the points at check out when ordering online? it's impossible???) but Brody was super helpful and kind. the rest of the staff are great, also, but i dont know their names.

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience at The Pit and The Peel. It took over an hour for my delivery to arrive, which I initially chalked up to a busy day. However, when the order finally showed up, I was handed an empty box. An empty box! Both the restaurant and the delivery person seemed to lack the basic common sense needed to ensure that actual food was being delivered. This glaring oversight led to my low rating. Serious improvements are needed.

Love the pit and peel but this location has let me down every time I’ve gone in.. they are always out of something. First time it was bowls so they put acai bowls in cups (impossible to eat) the next time it was spoons, and today it was the berry base. I don’t understand why they don’t update things on their app before people order or have the urgency to get missing items. Would love to see some better management here because they make great bowls when they actually have the items

Had a great experience at the Westhampton location! The cashier (Brody) was super friendly and welcoming, and helped me decide what to order when I couldn’t choose. It was DELICIOUS! I will definitely be back!

We’ve been pit and the peel fans ever since they first opened in rva! We were so disappointed the short pump location closed but were thrilled to hear of opening in Westhampton. This new location couldn’t be in a more convenient spot and is surrounded by other great restaurants and establishments including Conejo, hair salons, Libbie market and much more. We always opt for the beach bowl which is undoubtedly the best acai we’ve had. We’ve also gotten breakfast bagels and burritos which have also been good. The new atmosphere is clean, spacious and inviting and there are some tables for outdoor seating too. Love that this new location opened up close to where I live so that I can go there for my acai fix!

I couldn't find the location, not much signage and the entrace seems like it's in an odd place. It took a while to get our orders but the food was very good. I miss the Cary street location!
