Would suggest not to go on a weekend.
Long wait times to place orders, receive items. To be fair, both times there were larger parties there. On the weekends, they should really consider not allowing parties greater than 4 to allow for efficient service and quicker table turnover due to the size of the space.

This wasn't the best experience. This business has potential and the food wasn't the worst but today's visit was totally subpar. Many things were disappointing about the visit.

Sunday late brunch was delicious. Dj booth was bumping hip hop. A bit loud if you're looking for quiet and cozy but it was a happy find!

I came here today during the parade in Richmond and was looking forward to a relaxing brunch. Our server was very nice and took our orders promptly and we got a mimosa flight which was phenomenal. My main issues lies with how our server handled our noise complaint.
We were seated right next to the speaker and I suppose they just hired the DJ and I guess he was trying to impress the brunch crowd and had his music way too loud. I told our server that the music was very loud and asked if she could ask the DJ to turn it down a bit so I could have a conversation with my girlfriend. She proceeded to give a roundabout answer basically saying that since they just hired the DJ and since he just started she’s won’t ask him to turn it down. On top of that she didn’t even seek to put us at another table and put it zero initiate to address the complaint.
We tried to tough it out but since our food hadn’t come out yet, I told our server to put our food in to-go boxes so we could leave because the music was getting ridiculous.
I am very disappointed in this service which is a shame because the food looked fantastic and the atmosphere was great up until that point. I’m just very confused over the fact that our server was seemingly hesitate to ask the DJ they are paying to turn his music down to a respectable volume or just move us, but instead expects us to sit and have a meal without our request being addressed. If the server attempted to ask the DJ to decrease the volume or put an iota of initiative into the situation I would not have left. Most likely will try a different brunch spot next time I visit the area.
Update: After paying for all of my order I also realized that they forgot two items. Possibly due to rushing, possibly due to negligence, possibly due to nefariousness. Either way 0 star rating from me. Happy to take my money elsewhere.

Very disappointing experience. Even with reservations, we waited with no menus or water until my friend got up to grab them ourselves. The music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other or the waiter.
Our orders were wrong — the potatoes we ordered never came, and no one ever checked back on us. My chicken and waffle plate was overcooked and hard, and I was only given one tiny serving of syrup.
The service was unprofessional. Our server spent more time dancing and hanging with friends than taking care of her tables. We were given mimosas in a pitcher with plastic cups and plastic utensils, which didn’t match the high prices.
Gratuity is automatically included, and we still ended up tipping extra despite receiving poor service. Overall, extremely disappointing. They need better customer service and more professionalism.

My eggs tasted burnt I ordered chicken and waffles it was waffles and chicken tenders and the grits was awful just nasty but the only thing was good to be honest was the drinks and our server my first time going was an awful experience food wise

We made reservations to this place. We waited for about an hour before they asked what else would like to drink. Never took our appetizer order. So we left before we had to wait any longer. It might be better on a week day.

Their food is good. Went in and ordered to go and was charged $24 for taxes and gratuity for a take out order! There isn't a restaurant business in Richmond or elsewhere I have gone to where for take out you are charged gratuity. That's not good business. The music can be extremely loud but the restaurant could be for a much yonger crowd and not really universal (for all ages). One of my orders had to be re-cooked. Unfortunately I won't be going back or recommending anyone else to go.

EVERYTHING about this spot is a VIBE!!!
I’ve literally eaten my way through half of the menu and have NOT been disappointed!!! In addition to EVERYTHING has been SUPERB, the portions are beyond generously filling. ALL of the staff that I have encountered have been incredibly welcoming, kind and accommodating.

We visited for the first time with a reservation and had to wait 25 minutes to get our reserved table...the food is good and hot but the portion of food is not comparable to the price...very over priced...the servers need to be retrained!! I will not be visiting there again!! With prices charge get some real silverware and some champagne with stems for the mimosas...and The Music was extremely LOUD!!
