I've been coming here for 26 years. They truly have the best food they have always had. The management is superb because they have young cooks to know how to produce. The whole staff is golden.
Stopped by The Sidewalk Cafe for a bite after visiting the Capitol.
We had the gyro, the roasted pork sandwich, and the portobello sandwich. They were all absolutely delish. The portions were huge- we went home with half a sandwich and fries as leftovers. The atmosphere is your favorite hometown bar. Just over all a great experience.

Hands down my favorite restaurant & bar downtown. Their drinks are always on point and you must try the Richmond sub and I love their ranch dressing with fries!
