My bartender was Aimen, she was fantastic. I asked her to let the cook know I’m allergic to all nuts, she came back and said he wasn’t sure on what oil was used to fry the shrimp, he offered to grill it instead and I took him up on that. It was fantastic, I think grilled shrimp needs to be in the menu!

My waiter was Chris and he was AWESOME!!! His customer service, mannerisms, and delivery of care provided during my dining there scored this visit with 5 stars (6 stars for Chris alone). I shared this special moment with my love ones in celebration for my sister Jackie's birthday. The reservation went smoothly however I was well-behaved after being told that my original reserved area had been given away when I arrived. However, look at God, because that experience resulted us to get and meet our server Chris. This place is a vibe. Evening happy hour is great value. Aimen was great. Very friendly and helpful with suggestions. Try the Waygu Poutine. Amazing. Sliders were good too. Last time we were here we had the Martini Tower. Scotch Addition was good too from an Old Fashion guy. Will be back.

Great food, friendly service, nice atmosphere. Everything I’ve had there has been great. Love the food, especially fries and Brussels sprouts. Drinks are good and reasonably strong. Valet parking is $10 which is cheaper than parking in the lot across the street.

We decided to try this after seeing it on TikTok and visited on New Years Eve. We arrived around 6:45 PM without reservation, but were fine with waiting 10-15mins if needed. The hostess told us she could seat us but needs her table back at 9 PM, which we were okay with since we planned to have drink and eat in that time. We quickly ordered our first round of drinks before happy hour ended and followed up with our second round shortly after. We also placed our food order- sliders and southern shrimp- within 10 minutes of sitting down. Unfortunately, our second round of drinks and food didn't come until around 8:40. By that point, it was very disappointing and I was annoyed. We ended up leaving. The service was lacking, and the food was overpriced for the portion sizes. Overall, a let down !
Wasn't there to stay long unfortunately, after waiting 25 min on the drinks, the waitress seemed uninterested in our presence and correcting a "sweet vermouth dirty martini" 🤢 how anyone would rather debate sweet dirty martini then just appease the customer and get what I initially ordered puzzles me. Angel wish you a Happy New Year, sorry you hate ur job👍

Overpriced for what it is with small portions…lamb chops were laughable in size for $38 with no actual sides. I got more goat cheese than anything. The charcuterie board was poorly executed, the meats tasted low quality and old…the pickled vegetables had a horrible vinegar brine ratio and the acidity was all you could taste while eating an almost still raw and under fermented veggie, the Dijon mustard was traditional style but the texture was what I imagine a small bird vomits up to feed its young. The best thing in the board was made by 🐝. Service was subpar, roughly 15 people and we waited 15 minutes for a coke and canned Guinness…server took order and didn’t see him but maybe two more times in the two hours we were there…. The Hilton should absolutely do better on everything with this place.

I recently visited Gather and Hem on Christmas Day and had a mixed experience. The ambiance was lovely, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The food was hit-or-miss. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any lamb chops, the shrimp was overfried, which was a disappointment. On the other hand, the Brussels sprouts and sliders were delicious and cooked to perfection.
My server, Shakira, was pleasant and attentive, providing great service throughout our meal.
Overall, I'd give Gather and Hem 3 out of 5 stars. With a bit more attention to detail in the kitchen, this place could truly shine.
