Dining here is an event I now look forward to in Richmond. The food is delicious and the drinks were crafted meticulously. The staff (shout out Taylor) were all welcoming, friendly, and eager to provide guidance and assistance when needed. I wanted to eat the whole menu but unfortunately my stomach has a limit.

Aubrey made my visit extremely enjoyable and kept me happy with a few beautifully crafted cocktails as well as an old fashioned I’ll remember until the day I die. Ambience, food, and service were superb. Amber (floor manger) kept checking in on guests to make sure they were ok with a warm smile on her face. I was served by VQ and another waiter who were both stellar. The fact they have Jazz Tuesdays was an added bonus. If you like great cocktails in a sophisticated setting to relax and unwind please check this place out. I can't wait to go back.

I had such a great experience at Gather & Hem thanks to Stephanie! She was welcoming, attentive, and clearly takes pride in her craft. The cocktails were balanced and beautifully presented, and she made excellent recommendations based on what I usually like to drink. She was so so friendly and she made the whole atmosphere feel warm and inviting. You can tell she genuinely enjoys making sure her guests have a great time. Definitely one of the highlights of my visit, and a big reason I’ll be coming back!

This place was amazing!! We got the pita and the poutine which were so good. The drinks were definitely the highlight of our experience. Besides looking absolutely bomb they tasted fantastic. I really appreciated the care that our bartender Stephanie took to make sure that we ordered drinks that we liked. Not only that but she continued to give great service throughout the night. Steph was such a vibe and we’ll definitely be back to see her!

Wonderful! Atmosphere with a history, easy seating & gathering. The service is impeccable, perfectly made cocktails with a spine and perfectly poured wine & beers. Food is delicious & unique with an upscale spin & serving. The Happy Hour, I refer to as upside-down & LOVE it!♡ Starting @ 7pm - 9pm, Sunday- Thursday. You won't be disappointed. The bar tenders ROCK! Bravo Hilton!♡♡♡

I had a couple of hours before work colleagues arrived and had a couple of drinks at the hotel bar. I ordered the smoked old fashioned on the happy hour menu. I travel often and not able to find the same caliber as Nashville. However, Aubrey made the BEST one I’ve had in a long while. She was extremely personable and helped me to pass the time. Highly recommend this place at the Hilton in Richmond.

This is the hotel bar. I cannot emphasize this enough because my brother in law was hosting a engagement dinner and this was suggested to him because the number of people we were having. I saw that there was a second restaurant that was across the way in the hotel that was much better set up for a celebration dinner so I am not sure why this was the suggestion.
The food over all was good and our server went above and beyond. But again this is a bar. And as such has a different priority when it comes to service then an actual restaurant. It was made clear when the appetizers came out quickly enough and the alcoholic drinks also came out quickly but anything else was slow as molasses.
If I were staying in the hotel and that was the only option fine but honestly I would still go to the full fledge restaurant if I am spending that kind of money.
