Dining here is an event I now look forward to in Richmond. The food is delicious and the drinks were crafted meticulously. The staff (shout out Taylor) were all welcoming, friendly, and eager to provide guidance and assistance when needed. I wanted to eat the whole menu but unfortunately my stomach has a limit.
Had the best experience while I visited the bar at Gather & Hem! Aubrey made my visit extremely enjoyable and kept me happy with a few beautifully crafted cocktails as well as an old fashioned I’ll remember until the day I die. Her first ingredient in anything she makes is love, as she had mentioned, and you can definitely tell! Thanks Aubrey for being such a wonderful person all around!!
Ambience, food, and service were superb. Amber (floor manger) kept checking in on guests to make sure they were ok with a warm smile on her face. I was served by VQ and another waiter who were both stellar. The fact they have Jazz Tuesdays was an added bonus. If you like great cocktails in a sophisticated setting to relax and unwind please check this place out. I can't wait to go back.
