Flashy and clean interior but overall odd aesthetic. Taste of the food was pretty mediocre. Value of the "meal" felt pretty poor, which gave you additional small cups of rice and beans. Customer service was prompt and helpful but also over the top for a fast-casual. Two table visits from the manager and an employee asking how our experience was. Ultimately, barring any other aspect of the restaurant, the food was pretty mediocre.

Everyone working on 12/21/2019 was AMAZING. Fantastic customer service from all of the staff and bomb food. The restaurant was spotless, food came fast, and fully stocked sauce bar. Will definitely be back!

Pretty good little Tex Mex place. Best thing about it is they have a hot sauce bar what about 12 to 15 different types of hot sauces you can try. Portions are pretty good, I would say they're probably just above a fast food joint. Always had good service and the foods always been tasty. My kids loved it we've been a handful of times.

Awesome Tex-Mex, I got the enchiladas and they were great. Saw a lot of other dishes I plan on trying in the future. Definitely recommend this place as a fast and affordable Tex-Mex.

My recent experience at Tijuana Flats did just that for me. The taste of the food was perfect (burrito bowl & chips), the atmosphere was fun and aesthetically pleasing, the music was perfect volume for great conversation, and the employees to treating us like royalty.
This location is very neat and friendly. Our waiter/ cashier was super helpful and suggested great options for new comers. The food is good but nothing new. I got a burrito on a flour tortilla. The meal comes with chips however, it does not bring salsa or guac which you have to pay extra for.Thats weird.One great thing about this place is the selection of hot sauces.I am an avid hot enthusiast and their hottest sauce is ticklish at best. I do recommend this place but if you are looking to be wowed, go some place else.

Ordered online, and told to wait when I got there. Waited in the restaurant for 30 minutes before the server actually looked at the order that was ready when I got there. Nachos were really greasy and just ok. May have been better when they haven't been sitting out for almost an hour. Won't go back.
