Great location for vegan lunch. This is a little hidden gem. Staff is very helpful in helping you pick out something great to eat. Staff is very accommodating in adjusting menu food items to your liking. Food is delicious and tasty. Will definitely, be returning back to try other food options on the menu.

Counter service , take-out style spot that has revived the carytown vegan culinary scene. Unassuming and DELICIOUS.

We were looking for vegan food on our way home to Florida and found this place that wasn’t far off I-95. There were 5 of us and when we arrived we were told there would be a 50 min wait due to the huge amount of online orders coming in, but we decided to place the order and then walk around in the nearby shops while we waited. The wait was definitely worth it. Everything was fresh and delicious and the staff were extremely nice even in the midst of what was seemingly a very busy shift.
Please note that this place is for take-out only.
The entire menu is vegan.

While exploring Richmond, we had breakfast at Tiny Vegan Restaurant. They offer a full vegan breakfast menu, and we tried the Biscuits & Gravy. The food was amazing and definitely worth trying.

I was delighted to discover Tiny Vegan while visiting Richmond over the past weekend for the marathon. I ordered the Sweet Cheeks (sausage, egg and cheese with a hash brown patty between two pancakes) and it really hit the spot. My husband ordered the Cuban sandwich which was also really good. Like the name suggests, this spot is on the smaller side but we were able to grab a table out front to sit at and enjoy our food. I can’t wait to come back!

The Italian sub was extremely delicious. It had all the oil and vinegar goodness and they make their own fake meat which was really really good . I'll be back. I should have gotten two

I’ve been a loyal customer of this small vegan restaurant in Richmond for over a year, and I’ve always LOVED the FOOD and the OWNER — she’s genuinely kind and has built something special here.
However, since the new staff started, the energy has shifted in a way that’s really disappointing. As a straight Black man, I no longer feel welcome when I walk in. Even my wife has noticed a change in attitude and how food is prepared.
Today I stopped by just to grab some cookies, but it was clear again that something was off. I walked in, and no one greeted me — everyone just stared. I purposely stayed quiet to see if anyone would say hello, and eventually someone asked, “Whatcha want?” in a dismissive tone. When I tried to be polite and asked how her day was, she brushed me off and went back to ignoring me.
I’ve always supported this restaurant, but the passive-aggressive treatment makes me feel like an outsider in a place that used to feel like community. That’s not fair, and it’s not okay. Everyone deserves to feel seen, respected, and welcomed — especially in a space built around kindness and good food.

Got the Italian sub and almost did a little dance at how amazing it was. The bread and the mayo extraordinary, since becoming vegan I’ve missed Italian subs so much and it literally scratched that itch so perfectly. Service was so fast too and everyone seemed nice. Only downside was the space and how small it was inside and wish they had more options menu wise for lunch but overall so so good! Can’t wait to come back and try more!!!
