Went here for lunch one day and the food is mediocre at best and the atmosphere felt like stepping into a time capsule, leaving a lot to be desired. I’m all for history, but dusty and old is not the way to go. The service was great though!
TJ’s is awesome - we went here for breakfast twice during our hotel stay. The food is phenomenal and the service truly outstanding. The inside area feels a bit dark as there isn’t a lot of windows, but it probably adds to the charm. The one complaint I had was that the chef was stingy on the yogurt & granola bowl. The fruit and granola were delicious but there was barely any yogurt in the dish, and for $14 I would expect to get more value. The second day I got the same...
Yesterday I had the most delicious and generous portion of lobster (on a roll) I’ve had yet in Richmond! 10/10 I’ll be back to order it again. The atmosphere of the lounge is unbeatable and the perfect place for a business lunch or casual get together. My server Jacob took was friendly and informative and took great care of me. Can’t wait to come back!
