Told us it’ll be a 3 hour wait we waited then said another hour after we been waiting hours. Now they telling customers coming in it’s a possibility they won’t be sitted I waited to complain to a manager because if we was told that we wouldn’t had waited hours.

This experience was the worst I’ve had in a while. There was already a 45 mins wait time to even get a booth with a reservation. Then once we got the booth, we had to wait 30 mins to get service MEANWHILE our timer is still going. We get the food another 30-40 mins later, so now our timer is basically over. and they try to close the place 30 mins early. The waiter forgot most of our drink order and then told us the bar was closed so we couldn’t get our drinks anymore. We ordered fries gave us the fries and charged us for fries with jelopenos??
I’ve been here so many times and never have we received this bad service. For the price paid and time waisted. We drove almost an hour there and to receive this? Plus, we were told the service is bad because they only have 1 kitchen running. If low staff = worse service, then prices should be adjusted. We were served with excuses instead of resolutions.

Best place about Topgolf is their service. The training is spectacular. I have never had bad service at a topgolf. Attentive. Fast. Professional. Be careful if you go in the fall or winter… The heaters are not a good source of warmth. Dress warmly. But everything about Topgolf is top-notch.

Went for a date night activity and had so much fun, spent $100 (2 players, 90 minutes, 2 cocktails). Would definitely recommend to friends and come back again. The golfing was simple and easy to use / follow the instructions and the mini games were a blast.
We love coming here, May ( front customer service) is thee best welcoming,courteous,over all best customer service person! Every time we come back,she remember us and make us feel like we are welcomed! Thank you May,we will be back!

I hosted a group of 25 ppl this past Sunday and we had an amazing time! The way we were serviced and accommodated was top tier. The manager on duty Kai was absolutely amazing. Her spirit was so warm and beautiful. Definitely made our event personalized and memorable. The waiter was extremely attentive and helpful. I hate that I forgot his name, but we were there from 5-8 so please let that young man know he did a great job with our party. We will certainly use this venue again!
The appetizers that were included were also good. Everyone seemed to love the buffalo dip and pita bread. The drinks were delicious and the attention to detail for our party was incredible.
