Best place about Topgolf is their service. The training is spectacular. I have never had bad service at a topgolf. Attentive. Fast. Professional. Be careful if you go in the fall or winter… The heaters are not a good source of warmth. Dress warmly. But everything about Topgolf is top-notch.

Went for a date night activity and had so much fun, spent $100 (2 players, 90 minutes, 2 cocktails). Would definitely recommend to friends and come back again. The golfing was simple and easy to use / follow the instructions and the mini games were a blast.

I hosted a group of 25 ppl this past Sunday and we had an amazing time! The way we were serviced and accommodated was top tier. The manager on duty Kai was absolutely amazing. Her spirit was so warm and beautiful. Definitely made our event personalized and memorable. The waiter was extremely attentive and helpful. I hate that I forgot his name, but we were there from 5-8 so please let that young man know he did a great job with our party. We will certainly use this venue again!
The appetizers that were included were also good. Everyone seemed to love the buffalo dip and pita bread. The drinks were delicious and the attention to detail for our party was incredible.

Had the worst experience here!!! We waited for our food for an 1.5 and was still told that we had to get up and leave at our end time. Our appetizers came out after some of our food game out. Attempted to talk to the manager she came over and said she would be back and we didn’t see her again. I will never visit this location again. Horrible experience all the way around

Disclaimer: this review has nothing to do with the service, staff, food or driving range and related facilities, it’s solely based on the mini golf course. First, the whole course isn’t even 18 holes. Second, there is no clear end between one hole and the next, it’s a rambling mess with poorly defined parameters. Third, the whole course doesn’t have anything to help ensure that the ball doesn’t frequently roll into the flowers and other landscaping. This is in contrast to the original TopGolf in Alexandria that I use to visit all the time growing up. Really, this may be an okay course if only adults are playing, but it’s horrible for little kids. I shouldn’t be surprised considering when we went today and the weather was incredible, that no one was on the mini golf course (besides me and my kid). I may go back for the food and driving range, but I will never spend money on the mini golf course again. There are far better options in that regard, such as Hotel Greene and others.

Taylor ruined our experience. We went to the Richmond location and ordered a bucket of beer which took 30 mins to arrive so we asked taylor to order some shots while we were waiting and she told us that we can only have one drink at a time so once our bucket came and we finished , we tried to order the shots and she said “due to company policy we cannot serve anymore alcohol” and I believe we were profiled since we hadn’t drink anything beforehand. I have never had an established tell us we can only have 1 drink. I am very offended and we decided to leave early.

The games you can play and the driving range are great, the food is okay but over priced for what it is, but also everytike I've been here wether its a work event, with friends or just myself. The service isnt there, long waits and forgetful servers. This past time out there it took about 10 minutes to get our game started, and about 30 minutes afterthat to place an order for food, as soon as our food came out, staff shows up with and ice cream cart saying they are having a contest to see who can sell the most, I said we just got our food, maybe come back in a bit? It was only met with some rolled eyes and they left. Not a good place for food or service, but an awesome place to smack some golf balls.

We had such a fun time with the family! Food was delicious, different games such as Angry birds, Sonic, and Fantastic Four were so fun, and our server was amazing! Also Monday-Thursday is half price, definitely give it a try!
