Went when it was cold assuming the heaters would be present, they were but were turned off and no intimation was given to the customers that we are expected to turn them on when we need to. Would have been nice if a heads-up was given when we arrived. Also the heaters auto turn off after about an hour and so we had to turn them on again once we noticed that it became cold again.About the game play, was alright. The games were alright, nothing special but definitely fun. Only gripe would be with the tracking of the ball. At several occasions we saw the ball reach the assigned areas but no points were awarded but the next time it would register. So it felt iffy and not dependable - previously we went to Driveshack and over there we never had such issues. Maybe it's one off? Not sure.Absolutely no issues with the clubs and balls. Although we are very new to golf and don't have much experience with prior possibly 'good' equipment. It definitely felt like good quality and sturdy.Seems there are 2 types of bays: one with only a tall table and chairs and another with a proper sofa and table. We got lucky and were assigned a bay that has a sofa, not sure how the assignments are made, nor do we know if we can request a bay with one. Since everything is done based on the SMS we received for the booking.Food: cooked well and tasted delicious. Although the only very minor gripe was we had to search for someone to take our initial food order as well as our follow-up.Since things already seem to be using phones/tablets, why not just allow us to order over the app or tablet or website? Just a thought.Overall a good and fun experience. Definitely give it a try during the 50% off offer that's run during the weekdays. Finally, I would probably try other establishments like "Driveshack" too, since their prices appear to be cheaper, although the food over there is definitely not as good when compared to Topgolf.

I love Topgolf. It’s fun every time we go. My latest experience was bit upsetting tho. We went on a busy Sunday night but we only waited about 15 minutes for a bay. Booked an hour, ordered waters and 2 drinks and ordered 1 kids cheeseburger. We had 25 minutes left, my kids burger was still not at our table. Ask the waiter whats up with the food, she apologizes, blames the busy kitchen and “checks” on the pos system for an update. Mhm, looked like to me she forgot to put the order in. Magically the manager appears out of NOWHERE, which makes me believe even more that she forgot to ring it in. They comped us 15 more minutes. My niece gets her burger when they added the extra 15. I know customer service. It sucks waiting long and I know it’s inevitable, however for what we ordered maybe not so much.We will be back for sure tho. They have plenty of food options. Heated seating, overhead heating. Just fun.Kid-friendliness: They have kid sized clubs.

too much top. Not enough golf. Man, in the photo, called me a "dork." then just bombed it down the green, had to have hit that sucker at least 500 mph, impressive stuff. Bad attitude, though, his form does kind of make up for it.

My family and I had a wonderful time! Top Golf is expensive, there’s no surprise there. But for a bill of 230$, it’s absolutely WILD that our food took 1.5 hours to come out. Literally, we had to extend (and pay for) our playing time by 15 minutes just so we could attempt to enjoy our meal and not be rushed. I’d probably come back but I definitely will eat elsewhere before I come and stick to having a drink or two because those are the only things that came out at a reasonable time.

TopGolf. A billion dollar company. Fix your short rubber nubs for tees. You've got brand new long ones in certain bays. Guests should have a choice of tee height in the first place. More staff training is obviously necessary due to blatant managerial lies and staff lying to Guests in general. All over this petty tee situation that should easily be resolved. Then you've got the local golf services manager feeding you a bunch of generic, generalized, robotic, nonsensical answers, rather than just addressing the issue and fixing it. Maybe I should keep climbing the corporate ladder until it is addressed properly and resolved?I'd rather just go support a smaller outfit where they actually appreciate things a bit more.It was fun while it lasted TopGolf, but my last and final visit was yesterday.

Topgolf is a great place for some outdoor fun and you don't even have to play golf to have fun!

The place is okay, however the waitresses don’t have any integrity and will add money to their tip at your expense. For anyone going there, watch your accounts and keep your receipt with how much you tipped. I called and they rectified it, but I will be tipping and paying in cash from now on. The drinks are overpriced and watered down and they are just knock offs of original drinks. For example, the Top Golf margarita is just a Lemon drop and they make variations of the same thing.

Original plans for the birthday boy were canceled due to rain and we spent the afternoon calling around trying to find something to do. Topgolf was suggested but no one in the group had ever been. We were concerned at the fact that it was raining and cold. To our understanding the bays were just open to the elements. When we arrived, check-in was smooth and easy. They told us our bay number and we went upstairs to go find it. If you don't feel like taking the stairs, no worries. There is an elevator located to the left of the check-in counter. Once we arrived upstairs, I loved that the numbers were displayed at the top of each bay, big enough to read. The bay was warm and not a drop of rain seemed to get in. There are two rows of heaters, one located closer to the front of the bay, and another towards the backend. They definitely were kicking and doing their job. I don't understand why the rain wasn't coming in but definitely appreciated it. Our waitress was prompt and always seem to be around just when we needed her. She took the time to explain how everything worked and showed us where everything was. We started our game and it seemed like we blinked before the food we ordered was there. The chips and queso were absolutely amazing. I loved the fact that the bowl was so big. For a group of four, we couldn't finish the bowl. My sweet tooth was kicking, so I also ordered a s'mores cookie. The cookie was a little bit overcooked. However, it was still good. I definitely would order it again. When they found out that it was our friends birthdays they went out of their way to make sure that he felt special. Loved the experience and can't wait for the sun to come out so we can visit again.

Driving range meets bowling alley. We've come a couple times with family and all had an awesome time. You rent a bay (heated in the winter) and can have up to 6 folks golfing. The $5pp lifetime membership fee is a little annoying, but after that the pricing is pretty fair, especially if you go earlier on a weekday. They even bring out kids clubs and have a game featuring "angry birds" that kept everyone engaged. And when everyone's attention span wanes, there's also free foosball inside. The food is surprisingly good too! Tip: Sam's club sells discounted gift cards!

Used the App for the wait list. App said wait time was 15 minutes. So I drove down from an hour away and got on the wait list 15 minutes ahead of time as the app said. The app still said 15 minutes wait time. Even gave me a time of 2:25 pm to arrive. I arrived at 2:25 at the check in desk and was told they had a 30-45 minutes wait. Fix your online wait list and don't waste people's time. I should have been able to play at 2:25 as the app said. The app even goes as far as to say "this is a live estimate based on bay availability at your venue." Apparently that's bull.Edit: after waiting the required 30-45 minutes I walked to the desk to find out if I was actually on the waiting list. The employee at the desk never moved me to a waiting list. So I sat there for 45 minutes for no reason. Wasting even more of my time. The employee who had taken the first guys place was able to get me in very quickly at least after over an hour of what was supposed to be only a 15 minutes wait. This was for the Richmond, Va location.
