Ordered delivery, everything arrived in decent time, well packaged, still warm. Good sizes/portions. However the quality was not good. The chicken in the Gen Tsos was worst possible quality. One piece was so dry and chewy it was inedible. Basically zero shrimp in the shrimp roll. Wonton soup (small) had 4 wontons but the broth had no flavor. This is a barely average restaurant.

The restaurant needs some cleaning and spruceing up but the food was amazing and service was great. Best Tops China I've ever had. The rice was fresh and perfectly cooked. The shrimp and brocoli was flavorful and delicious. The portion size was decent.

One of the best Chinese restaurants in the Richmond area. It was good af! Lots of flavor and not too greasy. There was never a chance for leftovers. Im sad because i didnt order enough food lol :(
