Torchy's Taco's is really good.. I can only review 2 different Taco's because after going there I only really order 1 specific Taco because I LOVE this taco so much I don't really want ANY THING ELSE. I ALWAYS order Tipsy Chicken.. and it has to have the Bacon Marmalade, otherwise I have to come back to get it.. Either in the Bowl, or in a flour taco.. Its my absolute Favorite.. I think I've tried the salmon Taco.., but I 've ordered the Tipsy Chicken 99% of the time... Because its sooo sooo good. !!! ps.. I have never been able to get the app to work for rewards.. it just can never work.. they even tried to do it while i was in store and no luck.. No worrys, the food is great.. for what iam getting.. !! At least.. :
Wade!!!!!! Is amazing. Great, excellent customer service. We went in late night with concerns about holding the crew up since they were close to closing. We didn’t rush us at all. He did the exact opposite, we even ate there!!! This is our second time going and we will be back. The food was amazing, the service was great and the restaurant was very clean. Wonderful atmosphere with bold flavors, amazing drink options as well. Thanks for the churros wade!!!

Went there a few days ago. The guy at the counter asked if it was my first time here. I said yes at this location. He said we are the best location around. I came in at 2pm. Just couple people there. Workers were just chatting and chilling. I counted 10 tables that were dirty. No forks were available. The drink area was dirty. The food was good at least. Decided I wouldn’t go inside again. Today I decided to use DoorDash to deliver my food. Fast and quick. Love DoorDash. However with the bag being sealed. I was missing half my order. This location is no good. Won’t go back again!!!!

Every to-go order I’ve gotten from here is cold. I live blocks away, so it’s got nothing to do with the commute home.

Ordered four different tacos, an order of churros, and a side of rice and beans. When we arrived the order was not ready yet, which is fine - it was ready about 5-10 minutes later. What's confusing is the order was not ready, but all the tacos were completely cold even though they were wrapped in foil. The churros were soggy and raw inside to the point you couldn't pick them up out of the bag as they would just fall apart. The caramel sauce was cold. For almost $50 for the meal, we were a little irritated with ourselves for deciding to try this place out. 2 stars for salsas.

AMAZING Tex Mex food, awesome service, and plenty of room. The queso certainly lived up to the hype. And I loved their vegetarian burrito and mango juice. Can’t wait to come back.

I visited Torchy's for the first time about a week ago. The cashier, Devin I believe his name was, was SO friendly and knowledgeable. He asked if I had any questions about the menu and offered to give me a run down. Between customers, he always made himself busy by spot cleaning or restocking items. He also made a point to check on each of the customers at their table. I don't expect much these days customer service wise, but Devin really hit the mark!
I also loved the food. The queso was spicy and a good portion for what I paid. The tacos were made with fresh ingredients, and the in house juices were very tasty! Will be back :)
