Greeted at the door, order was quick and food was very good. That was the biggest chicken, bacon ranch wrap I have ever had from there. I ordered 2 and couldn’t finish them both. If I’m in the area, I will be returning.

Don’t even in-knowledge customers when they come in I literally had to yell at an employee to be assisted I had already had my order placed online stood in line for 15 mins everybody looked at me and kept working I walked out the store and came back and still no one assisted me I also noticed a customer that came after me had the same experience he just walked straight out and I don’t blame him I won’t ever go to that one again I’ve never been to an tropical smoothie and experience something like that ! Worst customer service ever ! It was only 4 ppl in the store all waiting on their orders and it was a good amount of workers there !

Rudest customer service I’ve ever witnessed to a professional man who simply just wanted to use the restroom! For this reason I will definitely find another location to patronize in the area!!

Every time I order a paradise point I am given a peanut paradise. This is extremely dangerous as I could have a nut allergy. Your employees need to learn to read the actual order that’s coming in

I’m not sure of her name but the young black girl who’s always working is so awesome. I believe she may be the manager. She’s so polite every single day and so enthusiastic. Idk what she gets paid but she deserves a raise

First to get in, last to leave. I do not understand how I am consistently being served last with poor quality ingredients (I ordered 1 smoothie). I do not recommend any asian folk to come to this shop, it cannot be a coincidence.

Was yelled at and harassed by some cracked out lady in the store. The workers were just gossiping in the back and they took 15 minutes just to get my order out, nor did they even try to get this woman out of the cafe. Social awareness of their workplace was not present and I did not feel safe in there.

I came in to get. A smoothie it was close to closing time so I understand the frustration of wanting to go but the service and quality of the Product was awful & runny and not thick at all like other tropical smoothie locations the one serving didn’t really want to take the order and said they only could serve smoothies at the time

I added buffalo sauce to my Baja chicken wrap and it was like eating soup. Whomever made this did a terrible job I will not be wasting money here anymore. I usually frequent this location multiple times a week for lunch but will no longer be doing so. Like who make food this poorly?!?

Aggressively slow. Order online or be prepared to wait 20+ minutes.

**Took 55 minutes for two sandwiches. Unbelievable.

Asked if they still had a certain wrap and the person at the register said "yes unfortunately," but wouldn't expand on why she said that and just laughed stupidly for several seconds - to be expected when young college kids are in customer service ?. It was pretty clear that me ordering said wrap would be an inconvenience for her at work, so I just left. This place sucks, and that girl should absolutely be fired.
