Walking into this place I KNEW this service was going to be like no other, smooth jams playing on the radio. Jeremiah, greeting customers and cracking jokes. Nas and Darius making the orders and making sure customers are satisfied. This experience was like NO OTHER Tropical Smoothie I’ve been to, you can tell these young men enjoy their job and enjoy working together. The vibe was so good there was a couple on a date in the restaurant! This was an amazing experience. We will be back!

Came in at 10 am on 08/20/25 I was met with the smell of cleanliness in the store as if it was freshly mopped and wiped down which is a plus. The cashier who took my order was friendly and courteous as well as the employee who made it. The smoothie was delicious. Based on the excellent service received today I would continue to frequent this location. Special shoutout to the team working today.

Very nice people

I ordered a flat bread and a bowl and a smoothie the smoothie was great but the flat bread was horrible and the bowl the yogurt tasted spoiled and the fruit was a little soggy when I called to get a remake and offered to bring back the products I was told to call in the morning to speak with a manager that could assist me now honestly that's an inconvenience giving the fact that I spent almost $28 dollars on three items

It was good Tray made my smoothie really good and I usually don't like Tropical Smoothie smoothies because they put too much water.

Yall should try it the Smoothies is good so is the food there, sadly yesterday I bought One Mocha madness I think is called and two mango magic but I got into a car accident,me and my family are okay that was not the point sorry, but the point is that it was really good!!

The customer service from management and corporate SUCKS!! When you have an issue, no one from higher-ups communicates with you. When they respond to reviews with that link for you to tell about your experience, it eventually goes to someone who does absolutely nothing to help you! Do better, Tropical Smoothie!
