Yall should try it the Smoothies is good so is the food there, sadly yesterday I bought One Mocha madness I think is called and two mango magic but I got into a car accident,me and my family are okay that was not the point sorry, but the point is that it was really good!!

The customer service from management and corporate SUCKS!! When you have an issue, no one from higher-ups communicates with you. When they respond to reviews with that link for you to tell about your experience, it eventually goes to someone who does absolutely nothing to help you! Do better, Tropical Smoothie!

Following a mobile app order, I picked up my food approximately one hour past the designated pickup time due to an unforeseen delay. Upon arrival, I discovered my fruit bowl had been left in the designated area and had melted. I requested a replacement fruit bowl, but the cashier, after consulting with the manager, initially denied my request. After further explanation regarding customer service expectations, the manager authorized a replacement. I recommend implementing a refrigerated storage solution, such as a cooler or refrigerated box, for pickup orders for smoothies and fruit bowls to prevent similar issues caused by delays in customer arrival.

Wonderful Place🤟🏾💞 everytime I come here in the a.m. the Energy of the Employees be very Vibrant. Cathy is one of the a.m. workers that’s see’s to it my order be absolutely correct. The care Matters. Thank you everyone at the Midlothian store for wonderful customer service. Very refreshing relaxing place🥤🍍🍊🍓💞🤟🏾

I really love their smoothies they are really good there is no doubt about it, but i was under the impression that they were using what is listed on their menu. I was surprised when I saw they use sugar in most of their smoothies even though it’s not listed under their menu. One example “Island green smoothie” menu shows “Spinach, kale ,mango pineapple and banana” but when they actually do it they add sugar on it. Why?

Im only giving 5 stars bc their smoothies are good, but I’m not sure what this guy did to my mocha madness, I have been off balance ever since. I had it at 8p, here it is 3:15a and I’m still feeling nauseous & off balanced. Maybe he put too much of something an definitely no yogurt
I never had this issue going there ordering it, but I will never order that again, sometimes I do believe they have a habit of making the smoothies their own way thinking you know/ can’t tell the difference
I’ve been having to drink so much water because I felt like I was going to pass out. I won’t be ordering that again I have a slight headache as I’m typing

Great service

The cashier was fine, however, the chubby one with locs making food had an attitude. As soon as I ordered he sighed saying "oh my god." He then failed to complete my order. Another coworker started telling him off (as he shouldve) because he just abandoned my order. He even argued about wearing gloves.

Worst service. I walk in to nobody in the store. The gentleman behind the counter asks if I'm picking up or ordering. I tell him I'm ordering. Some other guy walks in and just starts ordering and he takes his order as if I wasn't standing there. I just walked out. Don't go here.
