Worst service. I walk in to nobody in the store. The gentleman behind the counter asks if I'm picking up or ordering. I tell him I'm ordering. Some other guy walks in and just starts ordering and he takes his order as if I wasn't standing there. I just walked out. Don't go here.

Everyone who is working at night needs to be fired, they are all lazy and don’t do there job all they do is sit and talk, I went in at 8:15pm and got told they couldn’t take my order because they were closing when it says they close at 9:00pm.

I specifically called tropical smoothie and told them that I wanted my side sauces on the side and not on my wrap for the second timee they’ve put the sauce on my Caesar Wrap and my wraps was extremely soggy then when you try to tell them that people act like they don’t want to do it or that your money is a goof enough for you to ask them for the correct thing so over this location .

4 employees none were working the register maybe 10 customers waiting for more than 20 minutes nobody came to take my order I left the lady just said somebody would be with you shortly when she was making a order she put to much jerk sauce on a order I overheard her say to employee that she put to much then she tells customer that she gave her extra

I went there on Monday 08/21 (around 3:30)and ordered two smoothies. I remember I was told it was around $16.00. I got home and checked my bank statement, and somehow, they added $2.00 because the statement shows $18.40.I checked to see if I was wrong trying to order the same online and the total is $16.40 .So unprofessional.

The female manager that works weekdays is rude as heck. We used to order multiple smoothies a week at my job but now no one will go because she disrespected so many people here. Everyone is fed up. This location has lost a lot of business because of one person.

Visited the Tropical Smoothie on Midlothian Tpke with my friend. We stopped in to pick up smoothies for ourselves, and a couple of our other friends. We ordered our smoothies and gave the young person at the register our cash. The young person called over the manager because he did not have change. The woman who came over, began to complain in front of all the customers that we should’ve seen the sign at the front of the store saying exact change only. She was extremely rude and continued to complain about how customers are stupid and don’t pay attention to the sign. While we were waiting for our smoothies, the “manager” continued stomping around, complaining and making another sign to post. My friend, who was really upset by the whole behavior from the “manager” spoke to this woman and let her know that she might want to put the sign in a better place this time. The ”manager” was extremely rude to my friend and told her she needed to stop talking and she didn’t want to hear what she had to say. My friend told her she was sorry that she was having a bad day, but her attitude was unacceptable. This woman told us she could just give us our money back and make us leave. That’s what she did. She then called me an imbecile as I was walking out of the store. That’s when I turned around to say something. I was calm the whole time. She told me she was going to call the police and picked up the phone. She started giving some license plate from a random car. I asked for a management phone number and she refused to give it. A younger employee at the smoothie machine refused to give me management number. She told me I could look it up myself. Extremely poor customer service at this location. I will never step foot in that store again. The “manager” needs to look for another line of work that does not require her direct interaction with people.
