I’ve been here three 4 times total and every time somethings wrong with my smoothie. First i got an açaí bowl, and found out they’re frozen. The açaí was rock solid; now how an açaí bowl is. The next time my smoothie was chunky; like it had chunks of ice and i couldn’t use the straw. The third time, the smoothie was warm in the bottom; like a warm smoothie.
I’m not coming back here and spending $8-10 again. Of the 4 times I’ve only had ONE good smoothie.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. The location is convenient but the food is horrible. My quesadilla was so thin and the bottom was missing half of the tortilla. I frequent Tropical Smoothie, obviously in other locations, so I know what to expect. Super disappointed. Definitely avoid this location.

Wanted to try the watermelon mint mojito. The food was really well prepared and ehat I hoped it would ve. However, the mojito was lacking. The flavor was more mint than a balance of both watermelon and mint. I have since returned to my favorite, Mango.

Horrible .Paid extra for things in my smoothie and they rolled there eyes all the way back ,when I had asked if it could be remade as she clearly forgot to add the extra things .I typically don’t like complaining about certain things, but not when I paid for it!? Save yourself the time and don’t come here if you don’t wanna get served with an attitude.

How about actually doing something as an owner for your customers because right now you’re doing nothing and it’s trash.

Needs a better delivery system. I've received multiple wrong/incorrect orders, and when attempting to get redeilvery/refund, neither me nor Doordash have been able to reach them. The calls don't go through. Really disappointing.

I ordered through the App and got it delivered. I ordered a smoothie and a bowl. The smoothie tasted freezer burnt and the yogurt in the bowl was clearly not refrigerated. When trying to call the location the call does not go through. I won't be back here again and there's $25 in the trash that I can't get refunded.

Im not sure what’s happening with this company but their smoothies do not taste the same anymore, it appears they are trying to stretch the product. The smoothies are weaker and taste like there putting less fruit and ingredients in them, this has been consistent at three different locations I visited, some of staff are loud and unprofessional as well which doesn’t help, the food has remain consistent.

The girl that helped me was nice and efficient. Smoothie came out pretty fast. The smoothie was decent, middle of the road. When we walked in, there was a funky smell inside and the floors were sticky throughout. I don't think the place was dirty. It's most likely the cleaning solution being used on the floors, but the smell makes you not want to come back again.
Called like 10 times and no one answered. I’m not even exaggerating and they forgot my whole food order.
