Tropical Smoothie Cafe

This was not a great store. There was no toilet paper in the women’s restroom. None!When we walked in the store was full of people waiting for their drinks. I’m not sure the workers knew how to do things. The store behind the counter was disgusting. There was a bunch of food and knives laying about.Another worker came out and saved the day. However, the store was a disaster.

On top of behind there counter being absolutely gross. The Attitude they have is absolutely terrible. They hide in the back and dont want to work. They Rushed us to order when we werent ready with. "Are you gonna order or not?" Other workers were sitting around on there phone Trash all over the place. I watched the worker lay that utensil and use it in multiple peoples order.Its absolutely terrible dont come here seriously. The Health inspector should show up.

All workers were sitting down on their phones and were unprofessional, one couple started kissing each other. Not friendly and all had earbuds in and were not happy when customers walked

Blimey Limey with splenda, and the Caribbean jerk chicken wrap. My go-to order. I'm never disappointed.

Walked in with many customers waiting. All employees in baggy t shirts and some in pajama bottoms. Waited in line while the cashier decided to show his phone to another girl complaining about drama while making us wait to order. A hot mess. So sad to see what this place has become.

My daughter and I walked into this location about 15-20 minutes ago and the girl with black bangs stood there and completely ignored

The guy making the smoothies was the best, fast efficient, and totally focused. The rest of the staff, not so much. I waited nearly 30 minutes for a wrap and a quesadilla. I got my wrap, and shortly after, they gave a quesadilla to somebody who arrived and ordered 20 minutes after me. They then said "Oh did you get a quesadilla too?" I then waited 10 more minutes to get mine. Clearly, they gave mine to the other person. No sorrys, no nothing. Once again, it proves that when you tip before the service, there is zero incentive to actually do the job right or swiftly. Get a smoothie, but skip the place for anything else.

There is a male who works here and he stares at everyone awkwardly and always messes up orders. Also, his beard hair was on the veggie wrap I got. Employees should be wearing hair nets or shave their beards to avoid this, just disgusting. Also, speed of service is slow consistently. I’ve tried to give this place a couple chances and I’m done giving chances now, will be going to the one further down west broad street from now on.

The employees were extremely kind we enjoyed it very much. They deserve a raise with the wonderful customer service they give. It takes a lot of compassion to deal with the everyday life of customer service.

We walked in, saw the counters, ceilings, and food in the back and walked right back out. Everything was just so dirty and gross, would not want to get food from here ? usually love tropical smoothie so very disappointed to see such a poorly maintained

Rude, I walked in they made a loud sound & then walked back to the back then returned back just having a conversation amongst themselves (3 staff), no welcome, what can I get you, nada! I won’t be back!

Oh my...where do I begin? I was not greeted when entering, the guy that took my order had pajama pants on, the girl making the food portion had booty shorts on, normally I wouldn't care but with everything else it became an iddue for me. The walls are filthy, the cutting board is filthy, the knife was wiped off with just a gloved hand rather than being cleaned, the wooden counter top was sticky, the rinsing area was also bothersome, though mostly because of the rinsing versus cleaning method, and the amount of cross-contamination is crazy. The "I'm going to get the paychecks" guy, assuming he's the owner, came in disrupted my ordering to ask the order taker about his haircut and the food maker if she could work next Sunday (so he could put out the schedule today). He, too, was dressed unprofessionally and the fact that he grazed by all the filth without a grimace shows me its normal. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because the smoothie was so good, thanks to that guy. This place needs the health department visit and a visit from whomever at Tropical Smoothie allows franchisees to keep such a nasty facility will branding the Tropical Smoothie name. So appalling that I'll never visit this location again!

Food and service were great! But this owner needs to pay more attention to the cleaning and lack of maintenance... What ever you do, don't look at the ceiling when you go in here. Bathroom in the ladies room was like a rocking chair and extremely dirty and the dry wall is falling apart.
