My husband and I both got smoothies and breakfast wraps from here on smoothie day and we were both very happy with our food and smoothies! I'm about to order the same thing this morning 😊 I'm hoping it's a consistent experience, I've had other locations make my smoothie differently even tho it's always the same exact order. Try mine if yall want the literal best combo ever: Avocolada, Xtra coconut, add strawberry. I also add whey protein.

I visited this Tropical Smoothie Cafe and was immediately struck by how stressed out the entire staff seemed. The energy in the store felt chaotic, and it definitely affected the service.
I specifically told the man coming from the back that I didn’t want ginger in my drink—he said he understood, but then proceeded to send the order through with ginger anyway. I had to check with another employee to confirm, and sure enough, it was made incorrectly.
That said, one staff member really stood out. The woman who actually made my smoothie not only remade it without any complaint but also personally brought it out to me. She was kind, respectful, and clearly trying her best in a hectic environment.
Unfortunately, the guy who took my order looked completely out of it—like, stoned out of his mind. It didn’t inspire confidence and probably explains the mix-up in the first place.
All in all, the experience was a mixed bag. Shoutout to the woman who remade my drink—you saved the visit from being a total bust.

Gave the person taking my order a 10% tip you know to be nice since I'm not eating there or at a restaurant. This review is about the card reader telling me I left a "bad tip". Is this a joke? Why do I need to even tip an hourly employee who dosent work for tips? I did to be nice but that cheeky little comment i noticed on the card reader I will 100% not be tiping next time. Also the new bbq slider sauce is tasty but for $4 the portion is just way to small.
