It's in the shopping mall and we decided to eat something light to continue shopping and we say to order from the beginning they served me with an ugly attitude but I said maybe it was a bad day for the gentleman who served me ok I ordered and we sat down to wait they gave me my paradise point and waiting for a sandwich ok suddenly the lady from the kitchen approached the counter and I saw that she threw an order on the counter and she turned around it was my order and she at no time told me it's your order until the gentleman who took the order told me it's yours the 2 that are here this morning are not good for a job like this where they have to be nice to the customers because I asked for an empty glass and he didn't want to give it to me (I would say that it's racism because an American lady came and asked for 2 empty glasses and they gave them to her) in 25 years here in this country they had never served me like that and that's why I dare to put this comment I hope the managers talk to them that they have nothing to do with differences we are all human beings and even if the client is spoiled (something that I at no time I was) the employee should be smarter and be kind, I say this because I have been a waitress for 15 years now and I always try to be kind to the customers. I got to the store at 3:45 pm. There was a hand written note on the door that read Closing at 4. I walked in. The young lady behind the counter asked me what I was picking up. I told her I want to place an order. She said “we closed”. I’m pretty sure she could have made my smoothie in much less time than 15 minutes. I left and took my business elsewhere

The gentleman that took my order was very short with me and didn’t say anything to me. He looked like he’d rather be anywhere else. There are tons of flies flying around and they did not close the cover over the fruit and toppers for the smoothies. My food took a long time and there was no one in front of me. They didn’t ask for my name on my order and it was confusing for me to know which order was mine. There is associate electronics, outside food, and their book bag on the dining room counter where the customers eat and it is right next to the ordering counter.

Smells like straight marijuana as soon as you walk in. Came a few minutes before closing and they said that they closed 30 minutes prior to their posted online hours, but yet had the doors unlocked. This is not the 1st time this place has given me issues. Everytime I come here the two people that work there ( black lady and man ) don’t even acknowledge you & act like they hate their job. They need to find another place to work if they’re so miserable and not be in customer service. Focus on not smoking weed and work on your customer service.

I absolutely love tropical smoothie.But I placed an online order at least two weeks ago, made a mistake and ordered at the wrong location which is not the company's fault.I went to the one off board thinking the order could be transferred or dealt with at this location. Unfortunately because they're owned by different people they aren't able to redo the order...I have yet to receive a refund or my order. I've called the regency square number with no response....Not happy that I'm still calling as of today with no response ans I can't leave a voicemail at all..

Please put the morning lady out of her misery and fire her! She absolutely hates working here!I've been here a few times, always early mornings, there is a woman and a younger man working, NEVER have they said hello, good morning, thank you. I just have to state my order myself then they hand it to me and walk away. This store is depressing, the people are miserable! Please clean house and start over!

I can’t judge the food because I never got anything. They let me come in and look at the menu for a couple minutes before telling me they weren’t serving people in person. Only Door Dash and online orders with a 30 minute wait. Needless to say I don’t recommend this location.

Absolutely awful experience. The guy working the counter sat at a table on his phone for 2-3 minutes before stepping back behind the counter to take my order. He was so inconvenienced by me being there and he managed to mess up our order. It’s three ingredients. I guess ownership is trying to tank their business.

If the wait staff got off their phones, actually made the food in a timely manner and had decent customer service this would’ve been a higher review. However, watching order tickets pile up and then chat on the phones made it for not a pleasant experience.4/20/24 around 1:00pm

I wanted Tropical Smoothie and saw this location opened at 0800. I placed an online curbside order and it stated it would be ready at 0823. I arrived at 0823 and called the business twice with no answer. The lights were off and the open sign was not on. My husband attempted to go in and the doors were locked. Around 0830 a man and a woman showed up. We weren’t sure if they worked there due to not having on any clothing associated with tropical smoothie. The man then unlocked the shop and turned the lights on. Around 0840 I contacted the business again for the third time for an update on our order with no answer. Around 0842 the man brought our order out. There was never any apology for the wait. We are nurses and have to be at work at a certain time. I will never return to this location again.
