Lights were off but the store was open, cashier was standing in the corner and didn’t greet me or say anything until he walked up to the register, the manager had her iPad and personal drinks on the counter with a video game on the screen. Incredibly unprofessional.

Stopped by after an appt in the area. Service was quick. A little bit of a wait to order but my belief is they were fulfilling orders. Good to remember just because we do not see people waiting doesn't mean they are not filling pick up orders.

The woman making my smoothie clearly saw the blender wasn’t working as she repeatedly hit the top of the container. She poured it into a cup anyway, and it was nearly a solid, clearly not blended. There was a significant amount still in the blender. The drink tastes awful. This is a smoothie I get regularly and it doesn’t taste anything like it’s supposed to.

Just spoke with Madori, the shift lead? Awful service, wrap was made poorly, out of corn. Called to complain, met with more attitude. I wouldn’t recommend going to this location.

I was skipped completely after waiting 15 minutes for a full girls volleyball team , forgot my chia seeds that I paid for.. no apology.

I wish that I didn't love ot as much as I did because it isn't the cheapest place to get a lunch or dinner, but man it's always delicious. Nice rewards program

Had a good experience at this location. Definitely cleaner than some of the other locations I've been at. No fruit flies, staff constantly cleaning up after each order. Our drinks came out quick and delicious.

Great customer service bur I tried to get a fruit add-on in my smoothie and they couldn't give it to me because they didn't know how to add it...need training, clearly. Management should work on this.
