They changed their take-out cup carrier from a carton cart to a plastic one; however, the plastic carrier doesn’t have a sturdy base. Whenever I take out drinks from this place, the carrier wouldn’t be able to stabilize the drinks, and it would be really hard to carry the drink around. Especially when you drive around with it. I like the tea and the services of this place, but cheaping out on the carrier is really disappointing.

I got the chicken teriyaki bento box. The chicken was dry, tasteless & overcooked. Had just a light teriyaki glaze on the chicken. I've had alot of bento boxes but this is definitely the worst. Maybe they are known for drinks or had an off day but I wouldn't recommend the food.

Best food, best drinks. Came from WA state where there’s a bunch of asian inspired drink/food stores. This tops almost if not all those shops. Personal favorites are the Creme Rose Milk Tea, and the Honey Garlic Wings. Staff is also extremely nice and hospitable. Please visit!

I have been here multiple times. There were two times I was served by the same lady who likes to complain of their customers in Chinese. The first time, happened few months ago, she was complaining that I ordered too much in Chinese. Because that was for my friend so I didn’t cancel or even put a bad review bc it wasn’t really bother me. Today, I ordered few drinks, fried chicken, and an egg waffle. They separated them into three bags total. When I left, I heard she was complaining again how I put the waffle bag into another bag. “我已经给她一个袋子了， 她还放进去”. This will be the last time I buy drinks here, and will not recommend my friend to come to this place. Girl, make sure your customer doesn’t speak Chinese before you say anything rude or disrespectful and then pretend to be nice.
