Ventured to Tsaocaa with my cousins for a delightful boba tea experience, and let me share the highlights. The spacious parking lot welcomed us, although there's no drive-thru option. Inside, the ambiance is charming and offers ample space for relaxation or work. Their efficient ordering machines ensured our drinks were swiftly prepared. Opting for the Melon Milk tea with Yogurt Boba was a stellar choice. Its creamy texture and refreshing flavor, complemented by melon bits, were truly satisfying. The Yogurt boba, a unique touch, added a delightful burst of flavor that intrigued my taste buds, although my cousin wasn't as keen. Their fruity option, while not overly sweet, was equally enjoyable. Overall, Tsaocaa earns a recommendation as a fantastic boba destination.

Pretty nice place but it doesn’t feel very welcoming, or cozy, the boba itself is just “alright” and for just one small/medium size cup is around $10 which to me is a

Everytime I’ve ordered here for take out the wait is much longer than Ubereats estimates, not sure if that’s just a glitch on the apps part or what. However the chicken is really good so I’ve learned to order about an hour before I actually want to get the food.

This place is such a gem! I got a matcha bubble milk tea that was delicious. The matcha donuts are authentic tasting but only available on the weekends. Will defiantly be back!

Should have tried something else. I only got 5pc wing (garlic). The wings looked delicious and the smell was amazing. Every wing was undercooked and 2 of the wings were broken. So disappointing.

Was mid day on a Saturday and almost out of donuts with no intention of making any more for all 5 of us, they only had a few out. Im sorry but if it's mid day you make more if you're open til late. My purple yam boba was garbage! Tasted terrible and had purple rice in it which was not on the computer menu which I ordered on or on the physical menu that was on the counter but the clerk still wanted to argue with me until I had to get loud and tell all 3 at this point I want a new drink without rice in it as I ordered to begin with! My family sat in the booth in the back left bc they loved the bear on the wall, I highly suggest no one does as we did!!! Either the sewer was backing up or rotten food was on the other side of the wall in the kitchen, all we kept getting was wiffs of shit! After eating 2 wings then losing my appetite I went to wash my hands but there was no soap in the bathrooms. I could understand if the place had just gotten ransacked and there were a ton of customers earlier but they were dead and we were literally the only people in the place. I came back to the table to see 3 partially eaten spring rolls, hands down the worst I have ever had and I have spent most of my life with the Asian community, my partner is Filipino and was disgusted by the gelatinous mixture oozing out the middle of this terrible concoction. Needless to say we left there after throwing $60 worth of the worst boba, wings and spring rolls away to head over to Jersey Mikes and try to cleanse my soul of what we just attempted to ingest at this unapologetic and very unpleasant place. Definitely will not recommend this place to anyone!

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly The Good - I ordered fried chicken and it was delicious. Plus, the restaurant was clean, which I liked. The Bad - First, the menu isn't well laid out. If you don't want one of their chai teas or bubble somethings, you're out of luck. There is a page of drinks that I found overwhelming (I.e., confusing). All I wanted was a diet cola... forget that. Second, the staff doesn't speak English making questions superfluous. The Ugly - the restaurant is self-service. Sooo, why did they add a 15% tip to my bill. BTW, I (you) had no say in this tip. Honestly, I think this is illegal. There you have it.

Absolutely love their boba and fresh fruit mojitos!!! The drinks are customizable and they use high quality ingredients. Their wings had a weird smell to them, maybe from the dried up blood inside? Egg waffle was ok, a little overcooked on the outside and not warm when I got it. There is also no wifi in the shop so you can’t come here to study/work.

The restaurant is very pretty inside. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and my drink was made fresh. Thank you.

I've been to this boba location more than 5 times and it has met expectations. I have purchased the original sauce chicken sandwich, garlic sauce wings, pork seaweed bubble pancakes, mochi donuts, chocolate bubble pancakes, matcha bubble pancake, spring rolls, blueberry yogurt boba with crystal boba, strawberry yogurt boba with crystal boba, brown sugar milk tea boba, and more. I have not had a complaint about this location, as the food is always satisfactory and comes in a timely manner. The atmosphere is great for hanging out with friends or bringing your computer to study in the evening. I would recommend coming here if you love boba and chicken. The only downside to this boba location is that they DO NOT offer coffee boba, shaved ice desserts, or onigiri.
