This place is a gem. Fresh, locally sourced seafood. A concise and top-tier selection of tinned fish. The crab cakes are to die for, and the crab toast is a great little lunch. Rockfish was some of the beer I’ve had. Don’t miss this place if you’re in Tuckahoe and want a treat.

Staff is friendly and can suggest ways to cook each type of seafood. Also carry fresh bread, some veggies, crackers, beverages, snacks, etc. that you might need with the seafood. They have a large selection of items you can order for holiday entertaining. Their shrimp salad is great!

Very professional establishment, doesn't have a terrible smell of seafood, very friendly staff, the decor is pleasing and interesting! I go here every Christmas for a family tradition of having oyster stew. Very odd meal, but is delightful to how rare we have it, and it does have a meaning to the Spirit of Christmas and family for myself.

This is a great seafood store. It’s clean and the worker-owners are nice and accommodating. I have called in an order, paid for it and had others pick it up. The seafood is very fresh.

Food is fresh- but very little to choose from. I’m used to going to fish markets in NY, where there is so much to choose from you can’t make up your mind- I wish they had more to pick from- I think yellow umbrella is so much better!

I discovered Tuckahoe Seafood and went shopping for scallops and fresh tilapia and blue crabs. I didn’t find fresh tilapia nor live blue crabs, but I got very fresh scallops and their seafood looks very fresh as well. The place is small and very clean and they carry other goods as well, that complement the seafood. I asked how to cook scallops and received good advice. I seared them 3 minutes in the pan as suggested, no butter no olive oil cause it burns quickly, a bit of canola oil salt and pepper to season the scallops and they came out very tasty. I added steamed broccoli as a side enjoyed this light dinner with white wine.

It was our first time there. The employees were super cool, friendly, and helpful. I love this place and I'm excited to have a new spot to go get my seafood.
