Whenever in Richmond I always make a point to stop for dinner at Tulsi. The food and ambience have always been great. Been waited by Ali and he has always been very hospitable and great with food suggestions. Highly recommend trying it if you haven’t.

Best Indian food I've had in Richmond, or anywhere, really! Consistently flavorful curries--masala, korma, and vindaloo are family favorites. Always paired with their delicious selection of naan. Ali and all the other staff are always quick and friendly with service.

Unfortunately Tandoori chicken was burnt and very bitter, Rogan Josh was salty, paratha was like a chapati, Regular Chicken Biryani was like a tomato rice, no masalas no flavors. Only jeera rice and kulfi was good and All other items was really bad in terms of taste. I didn't expect this after reading good reviews.

Tulsi’s is the best restaurant in RVA. I’ve been coming here for years and everything on the menu is amazing. If you feel adventurous try Cobra Hot! Don’t forget to try the Tandoori Combo for the sizzles!! Ali was our server and he is always top tier in service!!! The owners are so welcoming, it feels like home. I always look forward to lunch or dinner.

Been going to Tulsi for the past 3 years and it is amazing every time. The staff, especially Ali at the front has always been very friendly and the food is exceptional. My favorite Indian spot in Richmond! Plus the new decorations look great. Seriously give them a try!
