The Twisted Crab - Richmond

Sat at the bar at first but there were a few patrons that were loud and annoying. Granted it was closer to closing time. Moved to a table. Service was meh and the apps were greasy and meh. Didnt do more food besides two appetizers.

First visit. I always believe in visiting a place twice. So we’ll return and reviews can always be updated and amended.The atmosphere looks very vibrant and welcoming, it’s a nice space. My wife’s crab boil looked good. However, I sat and watched her fight through opening the crabs by hand because they didn’t provide shell crackers and the silverware was cutlery. So good luck opening the crab legs with a plastic fork. I got shrimp and wings. Shrimp was good sized. However, there should probably be a wing inspector because 3 of my wings wouldn’t have qualified to be considered wings. Like the Deadlist Catch. They should have been thrown back (LOL). To see the size of some of the flats they put in that basket was sad. I’ll order the wings the next time and if the results are the same we shall see.

Today March 2 the service was the best bad service ever I left food on the table and left the girl was sleeping on the floor .
If I go back and she is there I am turning around
