This is inside of the Pho restaurant. Tea was good but got charged more than was on the menu. And if u don't specify sweetness you will feel your teeth rotting out of face.
Tried to visit this place on Jun 6. Was a paper sign taped to the door that they're closed . No website or social media presence that could have been checked in advance. Unfortunate.

Don't go here if you are planning on ordering boba or tea. They pick and choose the availability based on whether or not they feel like preparing them.
I continue to try to come to the restaurant and every time it is closed

I was charged 2 more dollars than what was listed on the menu. When I asked why it was more he said they were using old menus. The tea was good but not $8 good. Not worth it and they should also post the correct prices.

they had roaches on the walls
This place is so wonderful!! We called ahead to place our takeout order of bubble tea, but got delayed in arriving at the restaurant. When we got there, the woman remade our bubble teas because the ice had melted. (Even though it was our fault that we were late!) That's really good customer service -- thank you!
Some things to note:
-This is inside of a pho restaurant. You won't see "U Tea" on the storefront.
-Smoothies are only sold on the weekends!
-The taste and texture of the brown sugar boba is something that you might not have experienced before, but it is SO GOOD! Really authentic. Come in with an open mind (or open taste buds I guess, haha) and I guarantee you'll love it.
-The drinks might be more sugary than you expect. We ordered 50% sweetness on both our drinks, and that was the perfect amount for us.
-If you make sure to taste your drink before leaving the restaurant, they will remake it for you if you want them to change the sweetness or anything! But we didn't need them to do that today. It was perfect :)
We ordered a strawberry green tea and a wintermelon milk tea, both with less ice and 50% sweetness. Highly recommend!

Got the sea salt Vietnamese coffee. AMAZING! I’ll be making regular stops here in the future.
Located inside a store called 'Pho 95' Tastes great. The Thai tea was delicious (though the black tea taste was very strong if that's not your thing) and I lived the Taro.

The kids loved it for the first time
Brown sugar Boba was mushy and gritty. Not good. Kind of important to get that right for Boba tea.
Quick and very friendly! Inside of the Pho place, new favorite spot for Boba tea.
