They bombarded us with ice water, switched our tea without warning for a $2 fee, served overcooked steak and rusty tendons, and even charged for lettuce with the Vietnam egg rolls. It's a blatant scam, making it the worst Vietnamese restaurant in the USA.

This used to be one of my favourite Vietnamese restaurants here in Richmond but unfortunately the quality and portion sizes have gone down considerably, while prices have also gone up. I've only ordered delivery from this restaurant, so I can't say if this also applies to their dishes when dining in-restaurant, but would no longer recommend ordering delivery from here.

Hands down one of the best Pho spots in Richmond, I got the Rare Steak and Brisket and it smelled so amazing when they brought it to my table. The broth was very flavorful! The staff was so nice!

Not likely to go back anytime soon. The food was ok. The service needs help. Maybe have someone with restaurant experience. Food did not come out at the same time and drinks came out last.

OH! MY! GOODNESS!!! We just happened to find this little slice of Pho deliciousness and SO GLAD we decided to have dinner. Each item we ordered had ALL THE FLAVORS! We had a pho dish and a rice fish, fried wontons and boba teas. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT as well! Our dinner filled our bellies and warmed our souls. THANK YOU

One of the better pho broths in Richmond. It has the right amount of savoriness with no sweetness. A good amount of noodles. I felt like they definitely could've had more meat in it. Vietnamese coffee was amazing! Super strong and sweet. Staff was friendly. Restaurant has a small feel to it (like a bakery) but overall a great experience. Pho was about ~$14, coffee was ~$5. A good place to get pho if you are in the area. Overall I would come back again. 8/10

I was charged 2 more dollars than what was listed on the menu. When I asked why it was more he said they were using old menus. The tea was good but not $8 good. Not worth it and they should also post the correct prices.

I've gotten boba from here once and then ordered pho for delivery today. Was very disappointed in the quality of what they provided, especially for the price. My taro boba tea was just OK but I hadn't let that deter me from trying the pho. I ordered the pho ga (chicken pho). The broth was not impressive to me, however the vermicelli noodles were tasty and the chicken was pretty good. However, what really got me was the carelessness of how this order was served with barely any toppings. Pho is traditionally served with onions, green onions, jalapeños, bean sprouts, limes, and plenty of basil. As you can see in the photo I was provided with barely any of these toppings, especially when comparing to a typical pho order I have received from many places before. I had one singular jalapeño slice and one lime, barely any basil leaves, and a few pieces of onions and bean sprouts. Very disappointing as I typically love to garnish my pho with lots of jalapeños, lime, and other toppings which are important in how pho is served.

We have enjoyed this restaurant in the past many times. My wife is Vietnamese and loves the authentic taste of the food. Today was no different in the quality of the food. However, the service and manipulation of the menu pricing was horrible. We ordered a side of meatballs which came out as not even 1 whole meatball. It was cut into 8 sections of which we received 6/8 of a single meatball and we were charged $7.95 for this. We ordered the Salted Coffee and on the menu it's priced at $5.50, when we got the bill they charged $6.95 for it. When my wife questioned the waitress she said she was sorry but the menu pricing was not up to date and they would not honor the menu price. We also ordered a a Diet Coke and after we paid the bill the waitress said in passing "sorry, can I go back later and charge your card later for the drink as I forgot to charge for it". We left $5 for the Coke and tipped the customary 20% but due to the manipulation and deceitful billing we will not go back. We would not recommend this establishment to anyone unless you want to be ripped off and overcharged.

Very satisfied! I was craving noodles and got the mi dac biet, an egg noodle special with various proteins (proteins like offal and quail egg which I LOVE but you might not). The noodles were PERFECTLY AL DENTE, which shows that the chefs know what they're doing. I also got banh khot, the little pancakes with shrimp which were fresh and so crispy and served with fresh lettuce, Thai basil and pickles for wrapping and dipping in nuoc cham, also delicious. Also got a refreshing mango bubble tea to round it off and had a nice chat with the aunty and uncle on the way out.

I've tried my best to support this establishment for a few years now. The food is good and the location is great. However, the service has always been understaffed and sub par (that's saying a lot for a pho spot) Their only consistency is their lack of food portion and their overly inflated prices. I frequent pho shops around Richmond often. You can get just as good quality food at other shops in the west end for cheaper. Unfortunately, what did it for me is catching them overcharge me on my receipt vs their advertised menu price. I called attention to the line item but the male attendant just brushed it off. What bothers me the most is this practice has likely been going for a while and I never paid attention because I took the owners to be hardworking, and pleasant. To be fair the owners were not present at the time. Even so, in the back of my mind I wonder how long this practice has been going on for and to how many loyal patrons. The food is good but not life changing to the point of price gouging. I guess I'll have to get my coffee and pho elsewhere.

Got the sea salt Vietnamese coffee. AMAZING! I’ll be making regular stops here in the future.
