This place I visited with a friend I didn’t know it existed. This place has prepared foods to take home and bake or warm etc meatballs and sauce , meatloaf pasta dishes and chicken salad , potato salad and cold subs to go ,hot chicken and desserts. I picked up chicken with 2 sides corn pudding and scalloped potatoes. Then I got a cup of strawberry shortcake cake delicious then I picked up a cucumber salad . Home style taste without too much sodium. Perfect!This store is for the on the go mom or retired people who just can’t cook but want a taste of home.

So excited to discover this mini Ukrop's stocked with so many of our market faves. While I didn't find the loaves of bread we love, they had the ham rolls, coffee cake, coconut cake and lemon chess pie we wanted. Looking forward to stopping here on my trips to Richmond in the future

The lady that put our chicken in the box had on blue gloves. It was nice that she had on gloves to protect our food. It would have been nicer if she had not picked up all the trays on the cart with her blue gloves on and after proceed to pick up our rolls with same gloves on. You put the gloves on to pick up the food. If you are going to pick up all the trays out of the cart to move them to another spot, take off your gloves. Not to mention, she had our chicken in the box and left it to help another person with the trays. After some time she I guess remembered that she was in the middle of helping us.

Wanted to try this place out for lunch but super disappointed at the quality of the food. If you're trying to eat clean, this is not the place to go. Almost everything has soybean and canola oil and other nasty additives in it. Yuck.

All the food is good. Fried chicken is the star of the show. Great place to grab dinner for yourself or the family. Big selection of desserts, from fresh fruits to cakes, pies and cookies.

Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We got in line behind someone and one of the service people walked up to my friend and I and told us the line was over there, while pointing to another line. I apologized and said I was behind someone else and as we went to move, the kind lady that was standing there, stated you can come on, they were in line ahead of me, and this employee said oh no you're fine and allowed 2 people to go ahead of us. While we were in no hurry, the way it was handled was very rude toward us. But I will return because the food was delicious.

I'm there before the doors open at 7 on an occasional weekday to pick up breakfast pizzas for work and can still get to work on time by 7:30 ten minutes away. A 15 minute wait on a freshly made pizza isn't bad at all! Everyone is always nice.
