I’ve ordered delivery from here many times. Everytime I include a drink they leave it out of my order. It’s super frustrating. You need to come up with a way to prevent that.

Coffee was just above Starbucks quality. Very milky (I only drink cold coffee). Indicative of a place who doesn’t really specialize in cold coffees (possibly dunking hot coffees into a class of cold milk and a ton of nice causing the drink to lose a lot of its bite and flavor to the rapidly melting ice). Food was decent. Think Panera bread but made by someone who cares a little. One sandwich was big enough to split between the two of us which is a plus! Biggest issue is the location. It’s in a very sketchy corner of downtown (we thought it was closed and abandoned as we approached).

I ordered avocado toast and turkey egg sandwich and a hot coffee. The ambience is cute and I really loved the vibe. The food… well I’ve never had avocado toast that way. Too much spice and it actually killed the taste of the toast. My other sandwich was peppery and again too much seasoning! staff was super friendly but, I would never eat here again.

This place is great! I got a parfait and a cold brew (both delicious). Staff were super duper sweet. So much cool local art inside! A nice place to grab a coffee, meet up with neighbors, or just chill :-)

this was my first time visiting urban hang suite and i was blown away!! i got the sausage egg and cheese on a croissant (with vegan sausage) and an iced oat vanilla latte, and both were absolutely delicious—and i can be pretty finicky about my lattes lol. i also loved finding out that it's Black woman owned!! will absolutely be coming back 🫶🩷

Wow! The whole staff/team/crew, were incredibly welcoming and kind! Breakfast sandwich (The Vibe- a vegan option) was unmatched. I'll stop here every time I have a Richmond overnight!

This place is legit! Best breakfast sandwhich I’ve had in awhile and the iced latte was well made. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will be back.

Got a coffee that tasted like alcohol the whole time. This is due to the wash method of the beans usually. Pretty bad for a work morning coffee.

We ordered the Boss Latte and it has a distinct flavor and it was very interesting glad we tried but probably wouldn’t order it again. We wanted to try the Kendrick’s drink but it wasn’t customizable as far as the milk. Then we got a matcha latte which was good, light and mixed well, it could have been sweeter (I got vanilla in it) but it was still good. Then we got a cinnamon and chocolate chip muffin and they were good the cinnamon muffin was better than the chocolate chip. Overall it was a unique and fun experience.
