This is the staple spot, for multiple reasons. The vibe, service, atmosphere, and THE FOOD. Promotion of local and Black culture. Best Turkey bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich I’ve had in a very long time. Great ingredients. The cinnamon rose latte was SO GOOD.

True Gem. Great staff, Great food and drinks at astonishingly reasonable prices these days. They have really nice "Natalie's" juices under 5$. And they were bumping prince on a monday morning. Also 5! vegan sandwich options.....incredible

I am always happy to support local business, especially women-owned ones, and this one is no exception! As you enter, you are greeted with the most cheerful and positive greeting and it just shows how much everyone enjoys working there.There are many drink and food options all of which are very affordable. I was especially happy about the many vegetarian and vegan options.This place is a whole vibe and I can’t wait to come back and try other items on the menu.Dietary restrictions: Vegan options

Everything was genuinely amazing, but I really need to highlight the service. The gals working here were so so nice, friendly, patient, and helpful. I stopped here on a road trip, and accidentally left my expensive water bottle. They held onto it for a week with out even knowing if I'd return. They also gave me a cute sticker for said water bottle. They deserve love and support.

I usually go here at least 4x a week, and I can easily say it's the best coffee I can get in RVA! They make the best lattes, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Everyone here is so kind, I am always excited to get my daily latte here.

Visited for the first time yesterday and this is now my favorite coffee shop in the city. The vibe is so cool. The people and service sooo inviting and kind. And I had a vanilla latte that was reallt really delicious. Something special in the atmosphere that the chain places can't produce. Poke me with a fork, I'm done. This is my spot!! Didn't have any food, but saw food that looked as if I'll be updating this review...very soon. ?????

It’s absolutely disheartening to share this review but I must also be honest. My partner and I were walking and exploring the downtown Richmond area and we came across a sign “support black owned business” we also noticed the LGBTQ flag we were intrigued and wanted support. We ordered two breakfast bagel turkey sausage sandwiches and they were terrible. The sausage was dried out, the bagel was very dry, the egg had absolutely no flavor. This spot is in a great location and near the convention center and could be a gold mine however the staff personality was very dry as well. With the right people and a little love in food this could be a prime time social spot. Many airline flight attendants stay local to this shop and could provide a great deal of business to this establishment however I wouldn’t recommend to my peers.
