The service was excellent. There is two wonderful young ladies who are absolutely amazing. Great conversations really respectful the upmost Best customer service I've ever had at any restaurant now on the other hand. The food is horrible. I ordered fries loaded just to get dried out. Fries cheese on top of it that was not melted With no sour cream I end up wasting my six dollars on this meal that I could not even eat if you want good customer service a good conversations with the young ladies. This is definitely the place to go but to order food I do not recommend it. This is not my first time coming to this restaurant and the food is horrible , I've been coming here For about a year every time I come into town and every time I come into town. The ladies are excellent. The food is disgusting management needs a new cook. I'm surprised they're still open with the way their food taste.

I ate dinner and what they passed off for breakfast here. The service at dinner time was excellent and the food was decent. However in the morning I discovered why the bad reviews exist. They handed me a menu and the lady could barely speak English. No big deal, I pointed at what I wanted and everything I wanted was met with “ Oh we no have…. Sorry”I finally got a bagel with butter, a coffee and milk. $9 REALLY!!!!! Then it took 40 minutes for the waitress to ring up my order for me to leave, with me being the only customer

not sure why the reviews were so-so. We went in for a light meal and walked out full and satisfied. Alexis was our server and I have never seen someone work so hard! Food was hot and cooked perfectly. Definitely a place to try when staying nearby.

Ok where do I start! cold wings and dry sliders. It closes too early also. The beer was cold so I’ll give it 2 stars. This place could be great it’s just Mis managed. There is nowhere else to go in the immediate vicinity so it should capitalize on that and make some improvements! It’s attached to the Best Western Premier. Drive somewhere else it will be worth the trip.

We were just traveling through staying at the best western, we looked at the ratings and almost didn't go. We walked in and it was almost empty my the waitress came over right away to get our drinks. My husband ordered the hamburger medium rare with American cheese, I had the chicken fingers the food came in a reasonable amount of time and I have to say the food was hot my husband's burger was prepared to order he was thrilled, my chicken fingers were hot and came with chips
Service could not have been worse. 3 servers hanging out at the end of the bar. Had to wave to them twice to get drink refills, and we were the only people sitting at the bar. Sliders were burnt and crunchy. Chips had an off taste. Bar area needed a good cleaning.

Look like a nice enough place when I walk in. Bar was unable to make mixed drinks and was out of the beer that I wanted. Ordered chicken Alfredo. Got chicken Alfredo soup. The Alfredo sauce was incredibly runny . Was served with plastic utensils. And to top it off neither the restaurant nor the hotel could make change for my bill. My server was incredibly but management has absolutely failed.

Just wow. Nice people performing poorly. Food so bad it will remove your will to live. Service so slow that a bottled beer takes half an hour. A number of patrons just left without being served. Why ask how I want it done when you just going to cook it to desiccated, dehydrated mass of brown stuff anyway ? McDonald's has better ambiance, better food and better service. But the staff was really nice.
